When they finally picked up my car, I received a notification saying it had been delivered to my mechanic -- but two hours later, my mechanic confirmed it had never arrived. When I called the tow company, they casually said, "Oh, the driver is pulling into the driveway now." Somehow, my car had disappeared for hours between pickup and delivery. When I finally got my vehicle back, all four wheels were completely misaligned, suggesting it had been driven off the flatbed -- possibly for a joyride. The owner claimed their trucks have cameras and promised to review the footage, but it's been over a month, and they still haven't produced anything. At this point, it's clear they're either hiding something or never had cameras at all. I would never recommend this company to anyone -- save yourself the headache and call a reputable towing service instead.

Well second run in and he blew a gasket (like how us women do, especially when we think it's not a great idea to race from the beginning ). I looked up local tows and gave him the number to this company. He got to the track in decent time and was very cool, polite and personable. We sat with him and I fell asleep while him and my fiancé chatted about trucks. I woke up in Deerfield an hour later. Our truck was offloaded, a decent price paid for the long trip and a wave goodbye and off he went! Our car was never picked up. We were repeatedly told someone would be picking the car up; day after day....Never happened. Flew to our destination and were assured that they would get the keys and car via a neighbor; never came for the car. Had to book a return flight, cancel multiple hotel reservations. Our entire trip had to be cancelled! Terrible communication!! Do not use this company!!! They blamed it on having a problem to secure transport because of increased fuel costs. We told them no problem. We will pay the increased cost. Didn't make a difference. When we booked they pushed us to make the deposit via Zelle rather than credit card. Thank goodness we didn't do that. They were supposed to refund our deposit when we communicated with them on 4/1. They never did. We had to dispute the charge with our credit card company. Had we used Zelle, who knows if/when we would get our deposit back! Thought we were doing the right thing using a local company.... Very disappointing.

My car is a 2017 and has a lot of miles on it, so things have been needing replaced as of late, which is to be expected on older models with a lot of mileage. The team at this auto shop have done, and continue to do amazing work on my car. Parts and labor are not cheap, regardless of where you go, not to mention car parts are all made with plastic nowadays. Still, the quality of parts and labor I receive here are excellent. I'm also impressed with their concern for my safety in being 100% certain the vehicle is completely safe and in perfect working order, testing and retesting, before I get in my car and drive off. While you'd expect that this is a given, you'd be surprised at some of the experiences I've had with 'other' mechanics! These gentlemen are honest and excel at auto repairs, having never failed to help me when the chips are seemingly down. I never, ever feel in any way over charged or taken advantage of, which has definitely happened to me at other auto shops. They have kindly saved me a lot of money and future aggrevation in repairs.
