After about 4 hours, I checked in by text and she told me that her vacuum had broken so she couldn't clean the carpets and that she needed to leave for her other job. I'm not sure how she intended to get 6 hours of work done in a 4 hours window, but that quickly became a secondary concern. When I got to my house that night to finish the cleaning, I discovered that she had taken many things I hadn't moved yet and had gone through boxes in the basement. Among the things taken were a robotic vacuum, a water purifier, pantry items, and cleaning supplies. When I texted her about it, she responded that she'd taken the things because she figured they'd be thrown away anyway. She admitted that it had been unprofessional and offered to return the items. I will say that what she did clean was well done. However, her lack of judgement and her inability to complete the job means that I cannot possibly recommend her to others.

I am pleased with the interior auto clean/detail that Amber did on my Sports Wagon. However, she used a cleaning product that she felt was not proven in her opinion. It did not get all of the dirt out of the leather seats, but they still look phenomenal. I recommend hiring Amber to detail your auto. And bonus, it is female owner-operated!

You swipe your card and you select the services you want. No other car wash allows you to operate your own hot water power washer. Great for removing bugs on headlights, bird poop in fall, ice in winter or crusted in dirt in the wheel wells or underside of my truck. I even use it to clean my boat and jet ski. The only downside is that the driving exit is kind of tight .. let alone if you have a trailer (tip back in it). I am SOOO grateful this business is in rochester.

Med City Detail is the tattoo artist of Detailers. Everyone was an absolute pleasure to work with, from quote emails to picking my car up at the end. It was a seamless interaction. These guys know more about their products than us consumers EVER need to know but if you're a car nerd, these are your people.
