When I took my vehicle there they were right in the middle of major construction in the front of the building. The addition will add a much needed customer lobby. The current facility looks worn down in the inside with two chairs to sit in while you look at the front office staff pushing paperwork, not very appealing. David was the guy who helped to give me a quote for the repair work and handle all the paperwork between my car insurance company as well. The side of my vehicle was badly damaged from a snow accident and the estimated time David gave me to fix this was two weeks. The vehicle was fixed to the exact date that he quoted and the work ended up costing slightly more than he thought but he didn't make me cover that; he stated he would contact my car insurance company and discuss with them. All in all, they were able to get me on the schedule a week after I brought my vehicle in for a quote. The estimated repair work took 2 weeks, which is reasonable considering the extent of the damage. The vehicle was repaired on time. I only had to pay my deductible, no other hidden or unforeseen fees.

I am not sure what happened, but after their expansion at the Civic Center Street expansion, things changed. You became a number and most of the previous front desk people were gone. On one of my appointments one of their employees, told me that that I had a problem with one of my front hydraulics or breaks? I just had my car serviced at the dealership and I told him, that I wanted to bring it back first, before any more work was done. The dealership confirmed that there was nothing wrong and I drove the car as normal without any issues. We all make mistakes, so I wasn't to concerned about it. I needed to have my winter tires put on, which are already on rims. In the past it was done without wait or hesitation. Now I am being told that I had to wait a week.
