I would not hesitate to return to that emergency room. I have been to several over the years and I can honestly say I have never had better care.

The order was in, but the staff simply was not available to provide the drip install. Also, pay close attention to your bill. While my surgeon and the hospital were in-network, they selected to use an out-of-network componenet to my care. I was not told about this and was billed out of network while staying in the hospital for that part. Thank god for the No Surprises Act, making the charges only $700 vs the thousands of additional dollars in the bill. But I was not told about this until more than a year later. So even though my surgery took me well over my more than $5,000 max out of pocket, I now have to pay an additional $700. Add into that... I was sent a letter so much later that I can't even appeal it with my insurance. Extrmely shady practice. Very disappointed and would not recommend this hospital.

Scary that this facility is allowed to operate under these conditions. My husband was never assigned a nurse or doctor since none were present. The administrator, Jace, called and demanded to know the name of my husband's nurse. Evidently no doctor or nurse were assigned to my husband, even though there were only two other patients in the hospital. What a disaster!

When filing a complaint against this vengeful receptionist , I was greeted with closed doors, blind eyes and deaf ears. I am a senior citizen and am completely baffled at the least concern they give about the violent verbal abuse and laughed at in front of 3 patients in the waiting room. Staff refuses to interview the witnesses I provided, because they don't want to involve other patients that will expose this behavior that's acceptable to GRMG. And GRMC is even worse at receiving my complaint.
