Went back here for the last time this place is too inconsistent for me I ordered a Greek salad with chicken at first it looked good big piece of chicken but the tomatoes had no seeds they were orange not ripe I sent them back only to get wilted tomatoes that looked like they were wilted from being to cold the lettuce tasted like it was not fresh and not clean how can you run a dinner without fresh red tomatoes it's June not February I stepped into the men's room and almost threw up the men's room always smells like a dirty diaper all the time the trash can was full no paper for toilet if you had to use it I'm done with this dinner the food from 1 to 10 is a 5 I'm sorry not good enough for my money eat fresh somewhere else I'm throwing in the towel on this place I won't be there anymore!! Not a very good diner. Prices are good but the food not very tasty. I love a good apple pie and ice cream but the pie here tastes stale and ice cream is gooey and tastes awful. I visit Warminster about three or four times a year but will drive a few miles further to another diner as I always regret coming here. read more

Ordered the French onion soup first, then the broiled stuffed flounder (stuffed with crab meat), roasted potatoes, and broccoli. Every portion of the meal was delicious. Not overly salty soup, the flounder was not dry, and the broccoli was not soggy. It was a superb meal with great portion sizes. The iced tea was fresh brewed. Service was quick for a party of six. Eagle Diner is just about three blocks further up Street Road and is a better option if diner food is your thing. However, you are just trying to defend poor behavior and service! You ask how did the hostess seat people and slam chairs at the same time. To answer your question, she was seating people and picking up and slamming down chairs from other surrounding tables as she barreled through, in fact one even slammed into the back of my chair with some force! I didn't get an apology from her either. Nor, did your waitress apologize, she wanted to blame the customers too. You should lead by example and try to apologize...instead you want to deflect the blame on others too. We aren't talking about a small bad experience from 1 employee. It was multiple employees and multiple issues. Maybe I shouldn't assume they hate their jobs, but based on experience and attitudes, I certainly wouldn't assume they love it either!! This was the most AMAZING dining experience we have had in a long time. I cannot remember a time when we enjoyed such wonderful hospitality. Our server Adrian didn't serve us a meal, he gave us an experience. He went above and beyond to welcome us and ensure we enjoyed our food. The early bird specials were HUGE. The chicken parmesan was delicious. The fried flounder was golden perfection. The French onion soup was the best my husband had ever had. The kids meals were giant portions. The cheeseburger was a giant all beef patty so big my son couldn't get his mouth around it. If we come back to Pennsylvania, we're coming to Warminster just to eat here and see Adrian! read more

We ate here once before and it was average diner food. Nothing bad and nothing over the top. Stopped for a bite because we couldn't decide on a specific food style. Ordered a dinner special called Chicken Spinicola describes that it's chicken, mushroom, spinach, sauce, and cheese. The dinner special menu said dinners came with two sides and a salad or soup. Ordered the meal without cheese. When it came to the table, it was swimming and grey with rectangles of green floating in it and two squares of cheese. It looked like a soup. I sent it back and tried to order a ham and cheese omelet. The waitress said she would take it back and have them remove the sauce. She said she couldn't just take it back and order something new because "there was nothing wrong with it." She brought it back to the table drained, and I just refused it with the excuse it was "greasy." The waitress took off the $17.99 for the special off the bill but turned around and charged $4.29 for the side salad (lettuce, 2 slices of cucumber, 2 tomatoes, and a handful of croutons). Charged $2.99 for the side of beets and another $2.99 for the side of asparagus. Had one bit of the asparagus that was boiled so much it was slimy. I did eat most of the salad and took the beets to go, but I've never experienced a restaurant removing the entree and then turning around and charging for the sides. At no time did the manager come to the table. The woman at the register asked if everything was ok. When I summarized the above, she said I should have asked for the manager because she couldn't help me. At this point, I was done and just wanted out. Is this place so bad that when a customer turns an entree away and refuses to order a new meal, the manager doesn't come over instinctively? On Thanksgiving I expected better. The Turkey had that taste of old lunch meat. Stuffing was OK but the turkey was an F-.... I've Breakfast there for years, always perfect. I've had dinner there on a few occasions with family & such, had salmon, burgers, chicken fingers, Pork Chops no issues. But this Thanksgiving was a disappointment. Food is going down hill while prices are going up. Had a chef salad- all water- too lazy to drain it. Ask for something prepared a certain way- well it is how they want to serve it. Hash browns the other day- left on the plate. Server said "Sorry". Staff doesnt care - especially Peaches. Peaches is more apt to get in an argument with servers she doesnt like. Was waiting to shop at Costco so before it opened at 10AM decided to stop by this diner for breakfast and was not disappointed. So the WWD looks like a regular joint for the community. The majority of the folks in there this morning were senior citizens and the decor is very classic and welcoming. So we got our table and got the meat lovers omelette, salmon lox omelette, side of corn beef hash, and Belgian waffle. The orders were put in and the waitress was kind and service was great! Food came out and portions were very good. Everything from the omelettes, toast, waffles, and corn beef hash was delicious. The place has real good food and the value was excellent. My family left with our bellies full all for $50 including tip! Very satisfied customer today. Will be back to explore other options on the menu read more

WW has taken a turn for the better. Not sure if we were going back. We have been meeting friends there for years. We were there last week and had a pleasant experience "Firecracker super server" didn't waste a moment before she was cheerfully waiting on us. Nothing goes unnoticed by this amazing server. Paying the check from breakfast on the way out, the owner/cashier ask why we were putting such a small tip on the credit card payment. After a second's hesitation born out of the discomfort of having to express criticism directly, I had to explain that the service we received at the counter from the server assigned to us was very bad. He wanted to know what I meant. First, I mentioned that the guy sitting next to me was never served his meal and just walked out in hungry frustration. Then, I started on our experience. The milk I requested for my coffee took 20 minutes and a reminder to our waitress after she reappeared from her absence from the floor. Ten more minutes before our Greek Omelets arrived and a few more until she brought me silverware so I could eat. Beyond that, I was never offered a coffee refill, and she got the toast order wrong and had to return to the kitchen to redo it. Although pleasant enough, she seemed not to see what was/was not in front of her, and unable to anticipate the sequence of providing and consuming a meal. For example, her response to our counter mate leaving in disgust was that she thought another server had given him his order and that he had eaten it. Yet, it never occurred to her that although she had taken his order, but not brought it out, that asking him about it would be the courteous thing to do; neither did she ever walk by him and realize that there was never any food in front of him - not even when she finally refilled his coffee. Really inexplicable, and inexcusable. It's not that the breakfast was bad. It was actually quite good, but the neglectfulness of this woman had gotten to us so much that we ate feeling miffed. It put a damper on our enjoyment, too, as we watched her continue with this behavior with other customers. By the time we were finished and ready to go we were again confronted by her being AWOL. When she appeared again several minutes later we asked for the check and a container for leftovers. She returned with the former, but forgot the later. We asked another server for that and she reached under the counter right in front of us and handed it over. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but she certainly rained on our parade and made breakfast an ordeal. But, at least we ate, which is more than my neighbor could appreciate. The owner seemed stunned by the story, and said he would straighten it out. Didn't offer us anything as compensation for our inconvenience, which would have been a good move, but at least he listened and believed. read more

My husband and I have been going to Warminster West since we moved to the area. Our favorite meal is the chicken Parm. It is the best chicken Parm we have ever eaten. Such a large portion and so satisfying! We have never had a bad meal there regardless of what we order. The servers are all great and personable. read more

This place has gone down hill. This used to be a place we'd frequent and stopped in for breakfast. Looks like this place is under new ownership. Menu and hours have been shortened. Breakfast was sloppy, French toast was dry, asked for well done turkey bacon and was served a plate of gross floppy turkey bacon. Service was OK. Happy to see this neighborhood gem back open. The dining area is spotless and the food is always amazing. Looks like they finished the remodel and the dining area is spacious with new seats and tables. Sanitization is in full force but not to the point of eating off paper with plastic. Sooo glad I didn't read reviews until after my elderly parents and I had lunch here. I was surprised to see an overall 2.5 star rating...we most likely would have picked a different place had I seen that first. However, our lunch was very good and I think that overall rating is a bit harsh. First time for my parents dining out now that they got their two COVID vaccine shots. It was a special day for them. We didn't plan to dine here...actually headed to a different restaurant that was sadly closed. This was our second choice. Booths were was spaced apart with plexiglass dividing the booths. Impressive actually. My Father thought the inside had been renovated with new hardwood floors, tables and lights. I thought it looked very clean and nice but I believe this was my first time here. My Dad is using a walker and we appreciated the long cement walkway and railing...it made it easier to work his way into the restaurant. There were 2 parties ahead of us and with covid regulations of 50% capacity, I believe the place was full but within 7 minutes we were seated. Our Waitress was sweet and efficient. She mentioned they were understaffed as someone called out sick...I was expecting and preparing for slow and bad service from that comment however it all went very well. I picked from the lunch special...salmon croquettes which came with 1 side and soup. Not sure I have ever seen salmon croquettes on any menu before and was intrigued. Two very large breaded salmon croquettes, perfectly fried and served nice and hot. My first bite had a strong fishy taste and I thought "uh ohh"...but the rest was quite delicious. My 2nd one was brought home for dinner and it was even better. My side of fries were okay...NOT the good crispy on the outside hot in the middle kind...just okay frozen heated fries. Both my meal and my Mom's came with soup. We both picked the beef barley. The soup was very good but had to go back because it was barely warm. We dislike cold soup. Don't get how this was overlooked. Both parents ordered sandwiches ...corn beef was good but not Ben and Irv's good. Overall, it was a very nice lunch...maybe they have improved things this past year. Not sure I would drive out of my way to dine here but nice enough if in the area. read more

This is for the Owner of the Diner!! Owner of Eagle diner told us to come to your restaurant vice his!! Friend and I took her daughter to Eagle Diner for Nat'l Down Syndrome Day. Service there was horrible, order was wrong, dishes not cleared, water spilled by waiter. Hostess said Owner was Busy and so was SHE! (Do you say that to a paying customer?) Owner came over saying he'd make the order correct. (NOT!) Told us he would be our waiter, only HIM! Asked for butter for baked potato but his reply was we disrespected his staff and to take these boxes and get out as quickly as possible. Friends daughter does not like confrontation, especially toward her mother and became very upset. I tried to explain upon leaving this was the girl's special day but the owner did not want to hear any of it. Said do not come back and if you do I will throw you out. Go to Warminster West Diner instead. Thought you'd like to know this. I'm sure you don't treat your customers in this fashion. read more

This has to be one of the worst diners we've been to in quite a while. We were on our way to Costco but wanted to grab a bite first. The hostess was pleasant and they were on a bit of a wait. We waited around 20 minutes. We were sat and given menus, for a diner the menu was very limited. The server came over but wasn't very pleasant. I couldn't even tell you her name, she never told us. She was beyond miserable and made our experience here very unpleasant. My daughter asked for a chocolate milk, you would think she had to milk a cow for it. The food is very expensive for a diner. The juices and milk are simply outrageous. $3.00 each for a large chocolate milk and orange juice. The drinks come in glass that would be considered small at most other places. The orange juice is crap in a bag. I went with the pancakes and sausage. It was mediocre at best, they were very dry. The sausage was cooked on the outside but raw inside, we couldn't send it back because are waitress was mia. My wife had the healthy omelette, she felt very rushed ordering. Who puts green beans in an omelette? It was terrible. My wife said the best part was the tomatoes on the side. That's sad! My daughters French toast was by far the worst. It was beyond dry, take a look at the pictures! Terrible. Between the service and the food, this was a horrible experience and we will not be back! 1 star because I have too. read more

It's tradition to come here with my grandpa when I am visiting from San Diego. The food is decent and the place is clean. The stairs to get in are steep but luckily on the opposite side there's a handicapped ramp. Tonight I was glad to have met Stealy/Steely (I'm sure I spelled it wrong and I'm sorry). She was so kind and efficient with her larger parties and still never forgot to check on our smaller party of 3. We love coming here for their French Onion soup! It's so delicious! Beefy broth with good flavor. They put a flavorful garlic bread crouton in the soup with lots of melted cheese on top with a touch of parmigiana cheese! They have a huge menu to choose from, like most diners.
