When I arrived, the staff put me into a bay as soon as I drove up. They began checking my systems, lights, filters, tire pressure, etc... They found my reservation through CarAdvise quickly. They made a couple of suggestions for service beyond the oil change, but applied zero pressure for approving them. The service was extraordinarily fast and everybody had the most polished manners I've ever seen at a service location. Everyone was extremely respectful. The manager Roy made sure I didn't have any questions before leaving and we had a genuinely warm and friendly conversation before he sent me on my way. I began speaking with Daniel at JMP, he was nice, courteous n helpful, he offered me a great price. I showed up today, I was a bit confused as to where it was at first, but immediately found it on Lap #2. Lol Along with my oil change they did a multipoint inspection and recommended a few other services that I will have done at a later time. The waiting room was CLEAN 10 out of 10, their restroom was SUPER CLEAN, and they even had coffee, tea, hot chocolate and choices along with cookies and snacks to choose from. The convenenience of having Jiffy Lube less than a mile away from my home and office makes it convenient to change my oil at regular intervals. It may cost a bit more, however the service is worth it. The techs are very friendly and efficient, communicate well with each other as they go over the inspection and then go over any findings with you. They even changed an oil plug washer for me as the old one was leaking a little. They deserve a 5-Star review, they did a great job, and had me out in no time!

I supplied all of the brake parts myself, yet I was charged $580 for labor alone to install the front and rear pads and rotors. The invoice clearly states: "Customer supplied parts" and shows $580 labor, $0 parts for the brake work. I understand that shops have different labor rates, but I felt this charge was excessive for installation when the parts were already supplied. I would strongly recommend getting a written labor estimate from other shops before approving this type of repair. The invoice also shows an additional $91.40 for an oil and filter change, bringing my total to $671.40. I'm sharing my experience so other Lexus CT 200h owners can compare prices and make an informed decision before having similar work done. This place charges more than every other places in LA!! I called bunch of different shops and all of them were cheaper by at least $200!! So definitely ask for their price before choosing them!!!
