Warners Stellian will sell a warranty for $179, but then claim that a rack become dangerous and rusty is "cosmetic". This is on the inside and not the outside. Then say that since the model is no longer made, they can't help. They could help with a refund. They don't care. Dishwasher is 3 years old. Talked with GE who said they think Warners Stellian is a shady company. We agreed. Any response from there without correcting the issue is useless and only to serve them, not their customer. read more

Warner's is glad to make the sale but basically refuse to service their appliances after the sale unless you buy their extended warranty. And this is true even when the appliance is within its full manufacturer warranty period. Take the money from the sale and run!!! read more

We used to always buy appliances from Warners' Stellian. We went to buy a new fridge. I had measurements in hand and specific needs for door clearance etc. The salesperson insisted that the fridge he wanted to sell us would work. It was supposed to be on a special 18-month plan. When delivered the fridge didn't open properly but it was going to be cheaper and easier just to shave off the counter! So we didn't return it. 6 months later the water filter housing malfunctioned, a common issue with LG fridges. So I called Warners' Stellian. They no longer stand behind their products and gave me an LG number. The 18 month plan turned out to be a 12 month plan. Since we were relying on the salesman's word, we didn't realize it until we got home. We used to shop there for the great customer servic. Never again. read more

The machine got leveled with cheap shims that definitely don't make the machine more stable. My old machine was moved ahead without telling me. I assumed paying $400 to relocate it included install. Instead a guy rudely set it firm and left without saying anything. Nothing has been done to install this machine or make me feel o tiny bit better about this business. read more

We went to Warner Stellian outlet looking to see a refrigerator their website said they had on display. Ricardo offered to help us. They did not have the refrigerator on display or in stock. When we left he said he would look up the information and call us the next day at noon. We've yet to hear back. We called their Edina store the next day and within minutes had the information we were looking for. It was not available for 2-3 weeks. We purchased it elsewhere. I've had issues with poor repair in the past but decided to give a different location a try. I wish I'd gone with my gut and gone somewhere else. Purchased 3 appliances that were delivered last week. I was upsold on the dishwasher and we went with a more expensive model. The sales woman couldn't be nice enough. They were delivered and the dishwasher didn't work. The delivery team tried a few different things and told us we got a bad dishwasher. He immediately called in a service order to come see if they can repair or if they need to replace it. It took a week to hear back. And now they tell us they'll be out in two weeks. That's more than three weeks after they delivered an appliance that is so defective it wouldn't even turn on. So here we sit with a defective dishwasher and they figure we should just sit with it and wait. I called the sales woman who sold them to us and she was immediately confrontational, talking over me and making excuses such as loudly telling me that they're busy! Well, I'm busy too, but as a paying customer that isn't important. They either need more service people on staff or should be selling items that don't need so much service. The demeanor of the sales person was completely different when we were handing over thousands of dollars than it was when I called asking for help. Seriously the worst customer service I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing. The only reason they got two stars is because the delivery guys were great and very knowledgeable. read more

First I want to say my Sales rep Rachel Grapevine was great. She provided multiple options for us to pursue when we needed to replace a fridge that had broken. She was patient and willing to answer questions, went out of her way to research and try to find pictures when the company's online website did not provide good pictures as a floor model was not available. Also she was not pushy at all. I would highly recommend her if you decide to move forward with Warners'. This is where the one star comes in. I applied for financing and was approved for 3x my purchase amount. Went through with the order and was given the options for pick-up/delivery. I had the card information for Warners Stellian/Synchrony account. This all went fine. Then comes the troubling part. Even though I was approved for 3x the amount, I was required to provide additional payment in a different form to cover the tax. This comes as shock as no were on their website does it mention that this would be required. Nor would I assume this, as with other in store credit purchases with company credit, I have not been required to provide an additional payment form other than the instore credit account I am using. If this is standard practice, it should be called out on their website and/or insure individuals are well informed before the very end of the transaction. I just want buyers to be aware so that others are not shocked like I was, and prepared. That even if they are approved for credit, you will need to come up with an alternative payment method to cover your taxes! read more

I hate to write such a negative review during this time (or ever), but the experience I had here couldn't have been more terrible. This review is a little delayed because I've been avoiding reliving this experience, ugh. -- On 3/7 we bought 6 new Samsung appliances for $6,400; one of our biggest kitchen/home update expenses. -- Jake helped us pick out specific appliances because we were relying on two advertised rebates to help alleviate the costs. -- We were told that it would take 3 days for delivery and installation, which was perfect as we were finishing up our kitchen renovations. -- Long story short, we had to call/email them several times over 20+ days to get them to schedule the delivery. They also kept running out of inventory (ie giving our appliances to people who ordered long after us). This pretty much ruined our renovations and we kept having to reschedule with our contractor. -- When they finally delivered the appliances weeks later, the dishwasher was dented and they didn't bring the right hardware for installation, so we had to wait even longer. -- Finally, we tried to redeem the rebates that our entire purchase was based on, and the appliances were not even eligible. We squabbled for even more time until they honored the rebates and then refunded us like $100 for all of our troubles. TL;DR it took 37 days and countless frustrating correspondances to get all of our issues resolved, which cost us a ton of money, time, rescheduling of our kitchen renovations, and stress that bled into a pandemic outbreak. read more

Horrible customer service!! I bought a fridge that they delivered and installed. 4 dents on the side. They gave me 10% off. The water line was connected incorrectly and I had a very large pool of water on the floor. They wanted me to talk to customer service on Monday, it was Saturday. Then the crisper bins started to freeze my fruit and vegetables, a repair person came out and plugged a hole that was allowing too much cool air in. I questioned this, does not seem like a fix. Now the fridge has stopped working altogether. Nothing, my freezer is defrosting and of course it is a weekend. First and last time I purchase at this store. They do not stand by their product. We have purchased seven new appliances from them in the last five years. Twenty months ago we purchased a Bosch Dishwasher. The heat pump went out at that 20 months time. I called and they said a new pump would be 300 for part and labor and I promptly paid the fee. The repair man came out and broke a harness that holds some wires. He specifically stated the repair would be covered by Warners' as he broke the part. A few days later I am told by Britney they would wave the labor fee but the part would cost me 600 dollars. After going round and round with Britney who would not back down I told her I was not paying 900 to repair a 20 month old unit that could be replaced for the same amount with a new warranty. When the technician came out to retrieve the pump he was told to repair the whole thing and charge me for the part which he had on his truck. Still not resolved as he left. He left with the pump and I went to Tony's Appliance in Burnsville and ordered a new dishwasher. When I told them my story the sales person said we get a lot of our customers from Warners' Stellian....Rating negative five. Always anxious to sell a new appliance not so anxious to do right by the customer and will keep you on hold for the better part of an hour. read more

If I had the ability to give zero stars to Warner's Stellian I would. Absolutely the worst customer service I have seen. I like to support the local businesses so I chose to buy a refrigerator from Warner's. I will never do that again. The first refrigerator we received had too much insulation blown in the top and the seam expanded. When I contacted the Broadway office there was no sense of urgency to help correct the problem. Fast forward to our second refrigerator which was delivered with the same issue. After telling the delivery man to immediately put it back on his truck, we waited 2 weeks for an upgraded refrigerator because I didn't want to take another chance on the same model. I was told it would take 2 weeks and I was okay with that. As we approached the 2 week delivery mark, I reached out to my salesperson to make sure the refrigerator was on schedule. The sales person said she hadn't heard but would let me know. Two days later and I still hadn't heard. After more emails and more phone calls made to them, I learned that the order was not being filled by the manufacturer. When were they going to tell me this? Now we have been promised a 4th refrigerator and tonight we had to call to make sure it was delivering tomorrow. We were never called. Every time I reached out to Warner's I was met with a dazed expression and zero sense of urgency or willingness to meet the customer's needs. I have told every friend and every coworker about this story. Extremely disappointed in the home town choice. They have completely lost sight of service. read more
