Last week the LG fridge I purchased stopped cooling. I called a repair service to have it repaired. Repair service "fixed" my fridge - but in the end I was out some cash and still had a fridge that wasn't working. I called PJ in an effort to find another service tech to look at the fridge. Instead PJ said to come in and he would help make it right with a good deal on a different fridge. Purchased a new fridge this AM. PJ worked with me and i bought another fridge at a great price. It is refreshing to find a company that will stand behind what they sell. Don reiterated that I was calling more than a year past their return policy and that there was nothing he could do because he didn't know who I spoke with. It doesn't matter who I spoke with, it is his company and it's his policy. Reading the recent reviews it seems the current ownership/management has a few very unhappy customers. I'm one of them. Again, we found better pricing and warranty at Appliance Depot. Our 3 appliances are doing great.
