Can't say enough bad about this place! Twice now same thing too many stupid teenagers that do t care about working and no adult supervision. Went in and ordered 2 regular fish and chips. Got to the window to pay and the price they gave me seemed low so I questioned them. The kid said it was right so I paid and a minute later they gave me a single order. I told them two and they argued with me saying only one. Paid for the second and had to park and wait 10 minutes for the second order. The same thing happened yesterday. Went in and ordered two drinks. Got to the window and the gave me the price I said it was not right. Told I only ordered one and I said no two. Paid for the second. Both times kids were batting a ball around the kitchen area. So my suggestion is avoid this place stay away! read more

Best soft serve ice cream I've ever had! Great menu variety and in a very convenient location.

Burgers is a competitive market in any location. Warrens relies on a decently diverse menu from burgers to sandwiches and more. When in Ogden I had the Mount Ogden and a seasonal raspberry shake. Shake was excellent. Thick, flavorful and I love the fresh fruit garnish of a perfectly ripened fresh raspberry. Mount Ogden was okay, but didn't stand out from other burger locations. Drive thru was top notch and friendly. They kept the line moving and kept on smiling. Lots more to try on this big big menu, so I will be back. read more

Warrens is a winner! Great hamburgers with crinkle cut fries (include fry sauce) and be sure to add a cold lime Rickey (sprite, grape and fresh lime) I ordered the Mushroom N Swiss and it was superb. I've been eating at Warrens for years and the food is very good. Burgers, sandwiches, salads and salad bar all make this restaurant better than your average fast food eatery. The Shakes/deserts move it even higher up in my opinion. And my all time favorite: BEST.LIME.RICKEY.EVER. Like seriously get one and you won't regret it! Get as many refills as you want! Another item that isn't on the menu but makes everything better: Warren's fry sauce. Dang it goes great on the crinkle fries or the burgers or my kids chicken nuggets. The kids go through two cups per kid meal it seems like--but no worries, you can get more! We eat here maybe once or twice a month when we're down in Ogden (or their other locations). My recommendations: Mt Ogden Burger, the Pastrami Burger, the Chicken Philly, the French Dip and ANY desert. read more

One of the few fast food restaurants that has a salad bar. Drive through usually takes a while to get through, but that's because the food isn't under a heat lamp. Great fried mushrooms, my favorite is the MT. Ogden burger. They have a VIP program that is worth joining. read more

I'm not from around here so I'm not sure what the history is with this place or if it has any. Passing by - it looked like an old school local place, but the building is new. I tried the Big Steakhouse burger, fries and a medium chocolate banana shake...for $15. This is not cheapo depot. No full meal deals anywhere. The steakhouse burger alone runs almost $8 and it was just ok. If you're the type who just wants to taste beef...you'll like it. The beef was good, but the rest of it was quite basic and bland. Honestly it was forgettable. The fries are the crinkle cut kind, like at Culvers...but these are better. ***Correction*** I went back and had the fries again and they were not nearly as good. The shake was probably better than average. It had some slices of banana on top and some blended in. I would get the shake again but everything else is hit and miss. For $15, you can do better in the immediate area. But I like that this place has other options than just burgers. Maybe next time I'll try a philly or a BLT. read more

They claim to have good burgers and shakes. And they do. The rest of the menu, well, I'm not so sure about. But my burger was good and tasty, and I got a shake with caramel pretzel twists in chocolate ice cream, and that was just about the best darn shake I've had in years. They can make Cherry Limeaide, Lime Rickies, and other drinks that are far superior to the average soft drink. And any place that makes Cherry Limeaide is A-OK in my book. So anyways, come get the burgers and shakes. Avoid the veggie burger. Oh, and they have English chips. Good stuff. I was extremely disappointed in my $18+ meal. The French Dip had scant amounts of beef. The Mt. Ogden burger had on dried piece of hamburger and one thin slice of ham. The service was good, but I have realized something while eating my meal. Restaurant owners now have to pay so much in labor and food costs that the consumers get the short end of the deal. In fairness I have never had a bad meal until today at Warrens. I don't think for $18 dollars I will be back, but it's not just Warrens that is feeling this. read more

I travel around Utah a lot for work - taking me to large and small towns. Often, I try the local burger joint. Typically, you run into the same product - it's by no means bad, but nothing earth-shattering. These were the expectations that were shattered when I hit Warren's in Ogden last week. I asked the cashier for a tip as far as which burger I should start with, and without a pause he said I needed the Steakhouse burger. It was around $8 for the combo - so a tad pricy, but the quality of the product was WELL worth it. Burger was thick and juicy - tasted like it came off a grill in my backyard. Bun was super fresh and soft. With one item off the menu, Warren's entered the winner's podium alongside Crown Burger. Fully suggest this place! read more

Only eaten here a few times but decided to come here tonight for a late dinner. It took 5 minutes from when I ordered to get two other cars in front of me through, and for me to have my food in hand. I ordered a large fry, and a cheese melt. The food was hot and fresh, and I didn't even need to ask for fry sauce, I was informed it was in the bag when I was handed it. Very impressed! It's hard to find a drive thru that has genuine good food that is hot and fresh, but Warrens definitely hits the nail right on the head when it comes to that! The efficiency of it all was what really impressed me. Fast food isn't an "easy" job by any means, but they sure do make it look easy! Thank you for the friendly and courteous service! I walked around to all the inside Tables and everyone of them were sticky and dirty! There were 16 empty inside tables, so they were not very busy nor was there anyone in the Lobby waiting to order. I cleaned my own table and as I sat here for 30 minutes eating my Salad. I watch workers and the Manager walk out to deliver food and 1 employee (Sam) walked out with a Wet Towel in her hand and spent about two seconds cleaning 1 table and then walked away. There's no way she cleaned the table she touched the towel to, and then to walk away for no reason (was not called away or anything) just simply walked away without looking around. This will be the last time I dine here, I'm not paranoid, though I do have a high standard and expect clean tables, what does the Kitchen look like if they can't keep their Tables clean? I believe Tables and Seats should be sanitized often, but maybe that's just me? On a side note another thing that I thought was odd (being from Restaurant Management for near 2 decades) I saw what appeared to be a visitor, maybe a District Manager speaking to the store manager and writing things down on a aluminum clipboard. Warren's Family Restaurant is probably my favorite local fast food joint. Their food is made fresh to your order so you always get delicious, fresh, hot food. They have an impressive breakfast menu that is actually pretty good!! It's less like fast food breakfast, and more like what you would make at home. I love their breakfast sandwiches or egg breakfast. Normally I come here for lunch or dinner though. Everything on the menu is good. I repeat: EVERYTHING ON THE MENU IS GOOD! Fries? AMAZING. Tots? They're good too! All the burgers are great, although typically I just get a Lil W so I can load up on fries. I love the Chicken Cordon Bleu here and the fish and chips are some of the best around. If your food isn't fresh, or something didn't come out right, tell them (nicely, of course)! The managers here are always happy to make things right. They make amazing shakes. I'd recommend trying one. They also got one of those nifty Coca-Cola machines. However, I miss when they would make the lime rickey's themselves. I just felt like they tasted better before. BEST MUSHROOM N SWISS I'VE EVER HAD! Went through the drive-thru yesterday on my way home from an appointment near there. Ordered the mushroom n Swiss, fries, and a banana cream pie milkshake. The staff was very nice and professional. I can't say enough about the sandwich. I really don't think I've had a better mushroom n Swiss. The mushrooms were thick and the burger was juicy. We have been trying to help support local businesses right now, during this time of social distancing, so today I decided to treat my daughter to a shake. Our food was great as always. But I was disappointed to see multiple employees wearing face masks incorrectly. One was wearing hers only over her mouth, and not her nose. Another did not have hers over her face at all, but instead had it stretched under her chin. Both of these employees were handling the food bag that was given to me, and one also handled my payment and my drink cups. I realize they work in a hot kitchen, and it isn't comfortable. But they aren't worn to be comfortable. They are worn to protect the public from any germs they may have, and to help lower the risk of spreading illnesses. read more

I thought I was getting a fried fish patty but it's really the same fish strip looking things you get with the fish and chips meal I think. Anyway, the halibut sandwich is a few dollars more than the cod and had pretty much zero flavor whatsoever. And not remotely crunchy. In retrospect, the halibut sandwiches are way overpriced. I am so disappointed in this location. The service in Roy was SO much better. We got take-out breakfast, and #1: the toast is completely hard and inedible, #2: the portions are way smaller than they were in Roy, #3: we asked for eggs over easy and got some sort of weird scrambled roll that I can't eat, and #4: everything is cold, and they wouldn't know a crispy hashed brown if it hit them in the face. Warren's in Roy was my favorite fast food restaurant for decades, and I'm still angry at them for leaving Roy. But we still had the Riverdale location and that was okay. I'm a Warrens first timer and I'm not sure if i'll be back. For starters the service was great. They weren't super busy when we went and I didn't have to do the awkward throat clearing to get the workers attention. As for the food I got the pastrami burger and it was just ok. Nothing to really write home about. The bun was soggy but still good. Sauce combo was pleasing. Decided to try Warrens for the first time last night for the first time and let me say that we'll definitely return. From the moment we entered the establishment and walked toward the counter to order, we we're greeted by staff who smiled, acknowledged us and gave suggestions on what to order. We ordered the Crunchy BBQ burger, fries, and hot fudge banana shake. The burgers were perfect as were the fries and hands down the BEST hot fudge banana shake I've ever had anywhere!! Decent sit-down fast burgers, with tasty shakes & pretty good fries. Our first visit to Warren's, from out of town. Large menu of burgers, sandwiches, and a salad bar. It helped to grab a to-go menu while waiting in line to make our choices quickly. Bleu Bacon burger was highly tasty, especially the caramelized onions. Krinkle-cut fries were moist and a little crunchy, but seemed like they were formed from mashed potatoes. The shakes are excellent. They're so thick, you have to use a spoon. I haven't been many places since moving to Utah less than a year ago. But one thing is for sure, NO place has stood out more to me than Warren's. I took a chance on this place the day after my first ever experience at In-n-out burger across the street. This place blew me away so much that I was on a Warren's addiction for like a week straight. I have had about 5 different sandwiches by now and tried the tots, fries, and shakes. All I would highly recommend. The service is pretty amazing as they actually care about the people who walk into the door. The decor of the restaurant is a little strange though. It's clean and seems new but almost clashes different styles in one room. I get like a tiny bit of italian vibes mixed with a country dinner and some contemporary. I still gave it 5 stars.
