Frustrating sure, but the assistance from Chris the sales manager, Charles the service Advisor, and Mark the tow driver has been very helpful and relieving. I scheduled a tow for Thursday from my house to Dell's about a week ago. I called on the Thursday of the tow to verify service, im glad i did. There was a miscommunication on the date. David, who answered my call, mentioned that they had me down for Tuesday. He said "since they didnt hear from me" they just carried on with their business. No call on Tuesday from Dell's to verify the tow. This was disappointing to hear, i would have appreciated a courteousy call to check in on my service. Mark was a real hero today! He made it out just in time to grab my new-to-me bike and get it to the shop for a diagnostic. Thanks again Joe, Chris, Charles, and Mark for helping me out when i needed it! Got the bike back, and it immediately began throwing repair codes. I took it back, and they cleared the codes and said nothing was wrong. Took the bike, and it made it home. The next time it did the same thing, and for nearly 2 years I kept having to take it back to get it checked because of it throwing codes. I had to leave for a long period, and the bike was stored for 2 years. Came back, and the 1st time I rode it, it started throwing a code, and throttle response kept acting funny. Took it to a different dealer, and they said the only thing they could see was a voltage variation, but not enough to cause the bike to stall. I rode it back to Freedom; they had it for 5 months and said they could not reproduce the issue I described. When I went to pick it up, it would not start. They now say it is the fuel pump, and the brake issue they said they fixed is still there. They also say the whole master cylinder needs to be replaced. They are charging full price for the Fuel Pump and want another 1k for the Brakes. Has anyone with a 1190R had a Experience like this?

They did a simple transmission flush. I didn't have to move the car, he was able to work around in my garage easily. Afterwards, he explained their other services and what to do if my transmission ever became a serious problem. They did charge me an additional $75 to come to Parkville, But I thought it was worth it since I didn't have to drive to my usual mechanic and wait for them to finish the job. He saved me about a day's worth of waiting and driving.

I made arrangements to borrow trailer, take a friend who had to alter his plans, made a hotel reservation, had to jump through hoops to get my boss to approve PTO on short notice.... first thing Tuesday morning, the salesman calls me and says he's got a customer willing to pay full price right now and he's local so they'll get his service business too. I again offered to put down a deposit. He said not unless you're willing to pay full price now... "actually you know what, I gotta sell it to this other guy, where in the business to make money and we'll get his service business too." - you know what buddy, you just lost a potential customer for life! As a 30yr salesperson you should know that your also in the business to build relationships. You just failed.

My husband and I stumbled upon this motorcycle repair shop and dealer. We were looking for…read morescooters. This shop is only one of 2 dealers in all of Missouri that carry the Wolf brand scooters. We liked what we saw, went home and did research on Wolf and came back 2 days later! We ordered 2 scooters and he gave us a very good deal and when one came in with fork lift damage from the distributor, he ordered the part to fix it and then offered to deliver our scooters due to the inconvenience of having to wait for the repair. My husband's desired scooter was not in the shop and the owner called a former satisfied customer that had that exact scooter and asked her if she had time to ride up to the shop so we could see it in person before we ordered. She did and my husband fell in love with that Wolf EX-150 on the spot! I would recommend Independence Kawasaki to anyone! They treat you right!
