This lazy, arrogant company had the gall to cancel my order and require me to call them. Sales must be really great to be this arrogant. Frustrating sure, but the assistance from Chris the sales manager, Charles the service Advisor, and Mark the tow driver has been very helpful and relieving. I scheduled a tow for Thursday from my house to Dell's about a week ago. I called on the Thursday of the tow to verify service, im glad i did. There was a miscommunication on the date. David, who answered my call, mentioned that they had me down for Tuesday. He said "since they didnt hear from me" they just carried on with their business. No call on Tuesday from Dell's to verify the tow. This was disappointing to hear, i would have appreciated a courteousy call to check in on my service. Mark was a real hero today! He made it out just in time to grab my new-to-me bike and get it to the shop for a diagnostic. Thanks again Joe, Chris, Charles, and Mark for helping me out when i needed it! I've owned Metrics most of my riding experience. I just had a Harley bug. I took a couple more test rides with Jacob and it still wasn't quite right. About this time after spending hours with Jacob, I was ready to walk and continue looking. I wasn't ready to spend the big bucks and buy new, but what I tested just weren't right. I know Jacob was disappointed I couldn't settle. He was probably the most patient and laid back salesman I've ever met. He didn't give up though. I know he knew I wanted a Harley so he got the sales manager Mike to sit with us to see if there was anything else they could do. I said probably not today. He ask me if I wanted to see one more bike and I figured, why not. It was a 2023 Softail with only 1400 miles on it and it was a beauty. Jacob grabbed another bike and we were out again. This time I was like I should have ridden this one first. By the time we got back to the dealership I was ready to sit back down with Mike the manager. A half hour later I was signing paperwork on a practically new Harley at the right price and financing with Ron Smith. It was a long day but everyone we met a Rawhide that day touring all the departments made us feel pretty special. Especially Jacob Gilliam.
