The person at the counter told me that if I would get the…read morerust protection in addition to the window that I was getting re-tinted, he would have my car detailed for me. They then refused to detail it. He claimed he never said that. I had a bubble in my original back window tint from the Sun. I wanted the back window tint removed and replaced. The rep told me that I had to sign a waiver stating that, even though they used chemicals and a hot air gun to remove old tint, there was a chance that a small portion might not come off and would have to be scraped. There was a chance that that may damage the defroster. I asked him what are the chances that that would happen? He said the guy that was doing my job and 25 years of experience and it was extremely rare to cut through the defroster circuit. Based on his claim of "extremely rare", I signed the waiver. They scraped away nearly my entire defroster and antenna. Picture attached. I presented the window issue to two experienced tinting companies. They were aghast. Both said that they guaranteed that job had I done it with either of them, with no waiver. They said there are chemicals to remove old tint and you never, ever use a razor blade near a window defroster. It cost me $667 to get the window replaced so I can have a working defroster and antenna again. And another $139 to get it re-tinted. I can't find my bill right now but I think I spent over $800 with Ziebart that day. It cost me $806 to correct their terrible workmanship.

We had some bad weather and he stated that they needed until Wednesday to complete the job. I paid him $40 for diagnostics and then $150 for the tow. Then sent $550 for parts. I also got a rental for 5 days through budget rent a car which cost me 500$ Wednesday came and it wasn't done. He said it would be done Thursday. I got the rental another day. Another $68 and $15 extension fee. Friday came and he said it's still not done. So after a week I have paid over 1k and it's not done. He promised it would be done the following Tuesday by 8pm. I returned rental that morning. At 9pm when he didn't show up he texted that he was done but there was still an oil leak. WHAT!!!!! He said he had parts and needed until Monday. Monday morning I asked him if it was going to be completed as promised and he said no. He needed til Wednesday. So 13 days he has had my car and it's in the same condition. I just had enough and sent a tow truck to their shop to get my car. When tow truck arrived it was at someone's house. They told me it was a mechanic shop. It's a random house on a sketchy neighborhood and my car sitting in front untouched with snow covering it still. He misled me as he had a shop. He just paid google bc he was the first to pop up. I trusted him and he lied several times. I am now at a mechanic shop hats legit and have had to get ANOTHER rental car for the week. This guy has lied and set me back almost 1500 and my car is in the same condition as it was 13 days ago. Do not trust him

had twice were they messed up on work on my car. both time they argued that it was other thing that…read morecaused it and was not there fault. first was simple they were to replace the head light when they got done the head light was way out of alignment. took it back to get it adjusted they say that the whole light assembly was bad and needed to take it to a body shop since the whole assembly was bad and needed replaced. took it to another shop they said the bulb was only half put in the seated it fully was fine. this time took in for oil change left there shop car started clattering and stopped. called them they told me that this car had a lot of defective engines and it was not there problem. took it to dealer for them to look at it they said the oil filter was half on, the drain plug was about to fall out and there was only 1 quart of oil in the engine.
