Because of the amount of work involved I expected it would take a couple days. They finished it the same day! And the price was right where I thought it might come in at. We had them detail the inside & outside of the wagon. It was quite rough when we brought it in, but came out looking like a new car! They somehow managed to get out all the dirt that seemingly was infused into the back seat leather from our kids' days in car seats! Not sure how pricing compares to other detailers, after all detailing is expensive, but this is one of the few places that will steam the carpets & mats, so to me they are worth the cost. They do such a good job I think it would be worth dropping a few hundred on the inside/outside detailing if you are going to sell your car.

I brought it back to have the issues addressed, but after picking it up, I discovered debris trapped underneath the passenger-side tint as well. I had to make multiple trips from Huber Heights to Troy to address these issues and ultimately had the passenger window redone at the Poe Avenue location. While the issue was eventually corrected, customer service did not provide any compensation for the repeated issues, inconvenience, or multiple trips required to get the installation done correctly. Hopefully, the company can improve its quality control and customer service when issues like this occur.

We had some bad weather and he stated that they needed until Wednesday to complete the job. I paid him $40 for diagnostics and then $150 for the tow. Then sent $550 for parts. I also got a rental for 5 days through budget rent a car which cost me 500$ Wednesday came and it wasn't done. He said it would be done Thursday. I got the rental another day. Another $68 and $15 extension fee. Friday came and he said it's still not done. So after a week I have paid over 1k and it's not done. He promised it would be done the following Tuesday by 8pm. I returned rental that morning. At 9pm when he didn't show up he texted that he was done but there was still an oil leak. WHAT!!!!! He said he had parts and needed until Monday. Monday morning I asked him if it was going to be completed as promised and he said no. He needed til Wednesday. So 13 days he has had my car and it's in the same condition. I just had enough and sent a tow truck to their shop to get my car. When tow truck arrived it was at someone's house. They told me it was a mechanic shop. It's a random house on a sketchy neighborhood and my car sitting in front untouched with snow covering it still. He misled me as he had a shop. He just paid google bc he was the first to pop up. I trusted him and he lied several times. I am now at a mechanic shop hats legit and have had to get ANOTHER rental car for the week. This guy has lied and set me back almost 1500 and my car is in the same condition as it was 13 days ago. Do not trust him

had twice were they messed up on work on my car. both time they argued that it was other thing that…read morecaused it and was not there fault. first was simple they were to replace the head light when they got done the head light was way out of alignment. took it back to get it adjusted they say that the whole light assembly was bad and needed to take it to a body shop since the whole assembly was bad and needed replaced. took it to another shop they said the bulb was only half put in the seated it fully was fine. this time took in for oil change left there shop car started clattering and stopped. called them they told me that this car had a lot of defective engines and it was not there problem. took it to dealer for them to look at it they said the oil filter was half on, the drain plug was about to fall out and there was only 1 quart of oil in the engine.
