The chef greets you at the table. He is quick to point out he does not use any fried food and everything is only made until it he runs out. I had the chicken bowl perfect slow smoked chicken with basmati rice with sweet sauce mixed with cilantro and hot paste that really worked well. My wife had smoked salmon with a Creme mustard sauce and pickled onions and fresh cucumbers. The hummus was on point freshly made and the pita heated to a perfect crisp on the bottom and soft on top.
