Our favorite place, we usually go for lunch special. Food is fresh Cooked right in front of you Because we go often we don't really get the show Nonetheless we enjoy or time and food Parking is can be a mess if you go during prime time. Other wise your good Restaurant is kept clean Staff is usually very nice and able to make suggestions in items

Did not honor our reservation. Food was good, however appetizers were not hot. They had a 12yr old boy trying to help irate customers. Restaurant was okay, bathroom stall didn't have toilet paper. Not going to chance it again.

Tonight I decided to go to Wasabi and treat myself to some sushi and Hibachi. I have to admit however, that I miss the sushi we had in Hawaii and especially the sushi and Japanese fare in Tokyo (Shibuya) Japan! In California(where I am originally from) we had some amazing Japanese restaurants as well. The thing that I miss most is the pork or bacon in the fried rice. For some reason, none of the restaurants I've been to here in Tennessee ever put park in the fried rice. My wife is 1/2 Japanese and her family always puts pork in the fried rice. Oh well, that's my only main complaint. Other than that, everything I had tonight was nice. I ordered the Yum Yum roll as a starter and then had shrimp and lobster hibachi for dinner. To wash it all down I had and Asahi beer and a little warm Sake! Can never go wrong with Sake! Cheers to the end of a great week!

Second Tax when I got there.

The food is average to be honest. Cheap meat. Decent rice and sauce tho for their hibachi. The vegetables are actually really good. The amount of seasoning they picked up is impressive. Fried pork gyoza is good tho. Not like other restaurants. A little tangy... But it grows on you. The sushi smelled a little off, and because they put it right on top of my hot food to go, it was warm by the time I got home... I live 7 minutes away. The customer service was okay. Imagine unfriendly people attempting to be friendly, that's what it's like. My biggest problem is that they taxed me TWICE. Maybe I'm just ignorant of how the restaurant world works, but I've ordered take out MANY times and have NEVER been taxed twice. If the average food wasn't enough to keep me from returning this put the nail in the coffin.

We did dine in and everything went well. The chef we had was very funny and did some unique fire tricks on the grill that my daughter loved. They are practicing social distancing so the table was not full as it normally would have been. Ordered the chicken and shrimp and I wasn't disappointed at all. Great place to go if you love hibachi and are in the Murfreesboro area.

Delicious! The performance was different for starters, cute little ways to liven up a hibachi cooking that we haven't seen before. The clear soup was very good. The ginger salad had a great flavored ginger dressing. The fried rice, veggies, steak, chicken, and scallops were all delicious! To go along with the great food, this was one of the most reasonable Japanese steak houses we have been to and the portion sizes were huge! Service was great! Definitely recommend!

the leftovers, I only ate the fish but it wasn't good at all

I've never been to the hibachi here but the sushi is a joke. Don't waste your time or your money. The fish was not fresh, my tamago nigiri was ice cold when it came out. Too much rice as well. It feels like a rock is in my stomach after I have digested this. Seriously, I'm thinking about your personal well-being when I say: please don't eat this sushi. I understand that it was the Saturday evening rush, there were many people there (not everyone was wearing masks btw) but COME ON. We think we got scammed here as well. I'm not gonna waste time explaining it on here, just trust my experience.

From the aesthetics of the food to the taste, it was perfect! The restaurant's ambiance was amazing, with a very calm and laid back feel. They also were very keen about taking special requests... don't want vegetables? No problem. Want to order extra sauce? Not a big deal. They were very eager to please and very friendly. I really miss this restaurant, as it was easily the best (and I don't say that lightly) sit down Asian restaurant for the price! Tried the teriyaki, ginger, and hot chili and all worked well with rice and chicken. We had a large group and tried the steak, shrimp, chicken, mozzarella sticks, fries, California rolls, and spicy tuna rolls. Plenty of food and everyone had leftovers. Service Issue here was our server never turned on the flattop so when the chef showed up he to turn it on and leave for a while. We were told 5 or so minutes but he didn't return for closer to 15mins. Other than that, it was a good show, our drinks stayed full, and we were given plenty of to-go boxes. Ambiance This place is a lot bigger inside than you would think. If you're not doing hibachi, there's ample sitting. Each hibachi can seat 8 people. It's a little dim in there so when the fire is going on the hibachi you can really see it. Would I go back? Yep! Food on point, enough food for multiple meals, and very decent lunch price.

We asked to be seated at a table. I asked for the Habachi chicken with noodles instead of rice and vegetables. Our order was taken quickly and all of our questions answered. The salad came out soon after but we didn't receive soup. Not sure if that's part of the lunch menu or not but I've always gotten soup and salad at previous visits. When the Habachi chicken and noodles came out it looked extremely bare. The noodles looked and tasted like they were just boiled and smothered in sauce, not cooked or marinated on the Habachi grill. The same went for the vegetables. There was also so salt or pepper in sight. The chicken tasted good but the rest of the meal didn't complement it well. I just think it's kind of sad that it seems like I have to sit and watch them cook the food to make sure it's cooked appropriately and that the same quality standard is not coming from the back kitchen.

1 star. I've been…read morecoming here about every two weeks and have visited well over a dozen times. Today was my last. Anyone who has eaten here enough knows the game: the more pieces you order, the smaller each piece mysteriously becomes. Fine--it's their restaurant. What wasn't fine was having a man who appeared to be the owner/manager come to our table and tell us, "We can't serve you more fish." When I pointed out there is no limit listed anywhere on the menu, his response was: "If we can't make any dollars from you, we don't need you to come." Imagine running an all-you-can-eat restaurant and openly telling paying customers they're no longer welcome because they're eating too much. If your business model depends on shrinking the sushi and cutting people off when they actually use the all-you-can-eat menu, maybe don't call it all-you-can-eat. And if you can't handle customers eating what they paid for, then maybe you're not cut out to run an all-you-can-eat restaurant in the first place. Don't worry--I got the message. I won't be back.
