If I could give a 0 I would, but I can't. This was by far the worst service I have ever had in my life. I came to this establishment with another person and left hungry after an hour and a half. We had order an appetizer each and one main entree. There was only one waitress for the whole restaurant which is insane and not manageable. My app came out at a reasonable time but it took me reminding the waitress 30 minutes later about our food and the other app. We then waited another 30 minutes for our waitress to just say "I went back there and they just weren't making your food". We went with high expectations but were terribly disappointed. They were woefully understaffed. Our waitress tried her best but in addition to waiting tables, she was also behind the bar making drinks. My drink didn't get refilled the entire meal. The appetizers got to our table and were cold. There was a lot of food sitting out on the counter waiting to be delivered to tables. I'm guessing most people got cold food. They were out of Ramen but it was on the menu, and they failed to mention it until we tried to order it. The only good part of the meal was a Wasabi special roll which was very tasty. First time trying this restaurant. I came in and was immediately greeted by a friendly wait staff. Decent wait time for the food. This time I got the ocean sushi, nigiri, and the Gyoza. The Gyoza was pretty good I enjoyed it. The nigiri was the best nigiri I've ever had. I could tell the fish was fresh and the flavor was amazing. Last of all was the "ocean" sushi. It was a light and refreshing sushi. Based off my personal preferences I didn't really enjoy it all that much, but the ginger that came with it was very fresh and tasty. The ambience makes you feel like you're being in a nice formal place the dark walls mix with the wooden tables makes for an amazing experience as you're sitting there. Definitely wouldn't be shabby for a date or a business meeting. The only reason I didn't give this place five stars is it doesn't have the best sushi I've ever had. But it wasn't half bad. read more

Walking in we were greeted immediately by a host then seated. The ambience inside is casual hangout or semi dress up. They have what looked to be a full bar and bar seating there's also patio seating available. The food was good although I could say the Tempura Shrimp was VERY thin and few for the price! We went on Mother's Day and we were offered the free dessert and omg that warm piece of cake was sooo yummy!! The sushi rolls ordered were good, seemed light on flavor but defiantly not rolled tight enough as they'd fall when dipped in sauce, never the less still good. Asked another server behind the bar about the 6th shrimp dumpling. Don't know her name, but she had very short hair and a nose ring and she was on the shorter side. She stated it only came with 5. Okay. Told her the menu states 6 pieces. We were told, "Well they are bigger now, so it only comes with 5." Over cooked chicken in two different menu items. I ordered the Spicy Chicken which came with a side. My wife ordered a bento entree with chicken. Our chicken was way over cooked. Hard to chew and dry. We guess that the chicken is ready cooked in advanced and then prepared for any menu item when ordered. We told our server and she would pass the issue on to the cook. I don't believe our food was cooked to order. My side of fried rice didn't taste like it just came out of a wok. We will not return to this restaurant. And we don't recommend this place.
