They contacted me last week and we set up the appointment which occurred yesterday. Lights are fully functional and they replaced the transformer with an updated version. Everything is operational and back to how it should be. Hopefully for those of you waiting, service can be performed sooner rather than later. Updating my review back to five stars. Hopefully it holds as long as service and warranty support are operational. Installed lights about two years ago. From the very beginning, issues with synchronizing lights, using phone and app. Several months later ultimately identified as the control box which needed to be replaced. The service manager for my area was fantastic. Admitted to me that multiple sections of the lights were installed incorrectly, but luckily he could fix them. Intermittent issues with lights since then, but they were repaired relatively quickly.

We confirmed and they committed. Because of this, we didn't look into other options. My husband has consistently followed-up 3-4 times since they reached out in October so we could see when we'd be on the schedule. Today, I'm sure because of my husband's follow-up, we received an email saying they won't be able to install this year due to staffing issues. I understand staffing issues and they are Christmas lights- not the end of the world- I'm disappointed about the lack of communication and the fact they waited too long to tell us. I'm convinced they only told us because my husband kept reaching out. There is no way I can find someone now that it's the middle of November. I believe in excellent customer service and effective communication- this situation failed in both areas.
