I was assured our dogs would be thoroughly brushed, Ferminated, ears cleaned, anal glands expressed, nails trimmed, the hair on their paws and legs trimmed, and that they would be completely dry before pick up. After a day of grooming, our two dogs came home still damp and covered in loose hair. They did NOT smell good. In addition, neither dog had their nails trimmed and the hair on their paws was not touched. When I called to ask why their feet had been neglected (as my husband picked them up) the young man who answered said "they [the dogs] were coming at me" and "became defensive." Our dogs are 9 and 7 and have never once returned from any groomers (including PetSmart) with a similar report. I was so frustrated, I didn't ask about the disappointing condition of their coats. We were excited to think we'd found a great place to bring our dogs for grooming, but the search continues.

The explanations that were given raised more questions than answers, and the lack of transparency, accountability, and compassion during such a devastating time has made this bad experience even worse. When you leave your pet somewhere, you expect and PAY FOR proper supervision, safe conditions, and immediate, honest communication if anything goes wrong. In our case, these basic expectations were not met. Losing our pet was heartbreaking. However, losing him while he was in someone else's care was even worse and something that no family should ever have to go through. PLEASE PLEASE think carefully before trusting this facility with your animals.

During his stay, his condition declined. Again, a young, healthy German Sheppard that had a clean bill of health died from bacterial pneumonia after becoming sepsis because no-one responded to blood in stool, not eating for 4 days and could barely walk. The owner acknowledged the lack of response and care from his team in writing. It's infuriating that a letter of apology and accountability is the only response. And now trying to delete and cover up reviews so consumers can't be informed before they leave their baby with them. When a facility delays responding to a medical issue, the outcome can be irreversible. That is what happened to Braxton. A 4 year old, very HEALTHY German Sheppard. Please ask hard questions before trusting ANYONE with your pet. And AVOID boarding facilities where the primary staff caring for your animal are kids. Braxton was forever a sweet boy and I will NOT give up until everyone knows his story!!!!!! #BraxtonStrong

Penney our puppy Pembroke Welsh Corgi goes to doggy day care 3 times a week and this has been so beneficial in socialization and made her even a happier dog. There is a lot of space to run around in and with so much puppy energy so takes a nice long nap afterwards [:). Nope they gave her back with wet ears just like pets mart does but at least pets mart tells me. I don't mind paying but what was the point of asking all the questions about my dog like breed weight and all that.
