The worse. I went in on Saturday in the morning since it is difficult to find parking at mom's…read morelaundry. They used to be good but it's horrible when the owners practically cut corners and take your money over old washers. I placed my clothes in there and made sure it was not overloaded. I should have easily been able to fit one to two more puffy jackets. After the cycle ended I noticed the lock would not become undone. The machines are so old I realized they do not have an emergency button and also there is no one there to help. I called the number on Google just to find out it rings inside while their office / stand is basically closed. (By the way I also do not agree they lock the restroom just because there is no one to monitor the place how lame is that when you're a customer you should be able to have access to the restroom). Somehow, the machine finally opened but all of my clothes were extremely wet. I took a pic displaying the machine was not overloaded. I also noticed until after the fact the machines are rusted. I had no choice than to take the extemely wet clothes to Mom's laundry to find out their new machines actually take the load and the interior is actually smaller since they're new machines. Hence I could not comprehend why this machine did not finish the load except they're just old. Extremely bad customer service. I was forced to take the wet and dirty clothes to Mom's laundry anyway and Instead of paying $4, I ended having to load more since Mom's laundry requires loading a prepay card if it is not in cash with a minimum of $10 when it's card. Although cypress owes me $14.00 then--you know they're so cheap they're not going to bother reimbursing me $14.00. Just do not go there. Do not. While most people would avoid requesting cypress $14.00 reimbursement because "it's not that much anyway"--it's about the principles. Horrific experience here horrific. If I could give it a zero star I would.

However, this place always has broken machines and when a machine takes your money, there is no one working to help you. My girlfriend and myself ended up dropping clothes off one night to wash and then to dry--after leaving for some food, we were hoping our clothes would be dry, come to find out the dryer was spinning, but no heat, so our clothes were still soaked and we wasted an hour of our night, plus wasted quarters. This place is ripping people off and idk how they're in business. Don't recommend, unless you want to lose your money.

I have been a loyal customer of this laundromat for a VERY long time, but after my recent…read moreexperience, I will not be returning. I came in with six or seven loads of laundry, so I was constantly moving between machines, loading clothes and adding detergent. I had only been there for about 20 minutes when the owner approached me in a very casual, unprofessional manner and asked if I had clothes in one of the washers. He pointed toward the front of the laundromat and said someone had pulled them out because they were "just sitting there." I told him those were my clothes and explained that I was the only person handling several loads. With only two hands, it naturally takes time to get detergent into every machine. I had already added detergent to that washer, and instead of taking a moment to ask the customers in the building if the load belonged to anyone, someone removed my clothes with the detergent still all over them. What disappointed me the most was the complete lack of accountability. There was no apology, no acknowledgment that what happened was wrong, and no effort to make the situation right. Instead, I was questioned about what time I arrived and whether I had even been inside the building. Ironically, he even admitted he had seen me when I arrived, which confirmed that I had been there the entire time. To make matters worse, I had stopped at the store beforehand and only had enough money to buy a small bag of detergent powder. That detergent was mostly wasted when my clothes were removed from the machine, and I was left with the inconvenience and expense of having to figure out what to do next. If a washer contains clothes covered in fresh detergent, the reasonable thing to do is ask the customers inside if the load belongs to anyone before removing it. Assuming it was abandoned without making any effort to verify ownership is unacceptable. I was so upset that I took my wet clothes to another laundromat to finish drying them. This experience showed a lack of professionalism, respect, and basic customer service. I also can't help but think about how frustrating this would have been for someone who is elderly, disabled, or doesn't speak English fluently. Situations like this should be handled with much more care and consideration. Unfortunately, I will not be returning, nor will I recommend this laundromat to others.
