The controls are unclear -- there are four buttons, with one labeled "Super Wash" and another labeled "Hot," which reasonably leads you to assume you select both the cycle type and water temperature. However, there is no clear confirmation that hot water is actually being used. After washing and drying my sheets, they were still visibly filthy and covered in what appeared to be dog hair. I'm not sure whether the contamination came from the washer or the dryer, but either way, my linens came out dirtier than when they went in. I ended up having to take everything to a reputable laundromat I've used before and pay to rewash it all. Total waste of time, money, and energy. As others have pointed out, the facility itself is noticeably dirty -- and there was a "worker" there. I should have trusted my first instinct and turned around the moment I walked in. Lesson learned.

I pointed out that there were other open machines available and even mentioned that I had proof. He told me he didn't care and claimed I couldn't prove anything, which was both dismissive and unprofessional. On top of that, the parking lot is a nightmare -- cramped, poorly laid out, and often full, making it stressful just to get in and out. Between the poor customer service, lack of cleanliness, unsafe feeling for belongings, and awful parking situation, I would never recommend this laundromat to anyone until major improvements are made. Update: The owner's response to my review contains false statements. At no point did I raise my voice at the attendant or any customers. I simply asked her to explain the laundromat's policies and then requested to speak with a manager. The claim that another customer needed the machine for bedding is untrue. I have video proof showing there were over ten dryers available at the time, including for her socks and sheets not a comforter or large bedding that would require a large dryer. . There are also no posted signs stating that laundry will be moved after 10 minutes, and this laundromat offers no seating to wait for clothes to dry. What makes this worse is that the owner's tone and dismissive attitude toward a paying customer -- the very people who keep his business running -- brought me to tears today. It's clear he will not take responsibility for how customer belongings are handled or for the lack of clear policies. The facts remain: my CLEAN laundry was removed and placed into a DIRTY basket unnecessarily, despite multiple empty machines being available. UPDATE Fascinating. Instead of addressing your unprofessional policies or the dismissive tone you used with me, you've decided to invent some imaginary scene where I was "aggressive" and "having a bad day." That's cute. Unfortunately for your story, I have video proof showing there were over 10 dryers available, no one waiting, and zero aggression on my part. It's painfully obvious you don't value your customers -- we're just $20 here and there to you. This isn't customer service; it's a low-effort hustle to squeeze a few extra bucks from people who may not have the time or resources to fight back. The fact that you're doubling down on lies instead of showing even the slightest professionalism says everything I need to know about you and how you run your business. She is not helpful and has the worst manners possible. She is always negative, talks in a very mad manner to customers and puts down people with the way she talks to people. There's an app you can download and use to see the washer and dryer availability. You can also pay via the app using Apple Pay. You scan the QR code on the machine where it will also show you the machine number and load with your phone. If you must step out you can track the time on the machines. Dryers are .25 cents and the washers range $4 to $9. There's a machine where you can buy detergent and softener from using coins and cash only and the products there range from $1 to $5. The location provides free WiFi if you've work to do and about two tables where you can sit on w/your laptop and work. If you prefer the old school way there is an ATM inside and machines that give coins. The only downside to this location is the parking availability. The lot is small and shared with a wing stop and a 7Eleven. You can park on the street on non street cleaning days. Other than the parking situation, this is definitely a nice place to come wash.

With both of us working full-time and chasing after a 3-year-old, laundry always falls to the bottom of the to-do list. Ms. Bubbles has honestly been a lifesaver for our family. Their wash and fold service is efficient, super reliable, and actually affordable -- which is rare in LA. We drop off 2-3 bags every week (toddler clothes, kitchen towels, sheets, etc.), and they're ready the next day -- clean, folded, and sorted in a way that makes it easy to just put everything away. Staff were very helpful and the machines were clean. Staff were constantly cleaning the whole time I was there. Not much in the area to see or do so I just waited inside the laundromat. The main issue was customers hogging the carts and a few rude people. Some customers do use the same carts to bring in their dirty laundry and then those same carts are used to take clean laundry out of the machine (this is not the fault of the staff). I paid with my credit card. You tap the machine to start it and they authorize $17. On my credit card bill I was only charged $9 for the cost of doing my laundry and they never actually charged the $17. They do have a sign explaining this. They sell laundry detergent and other laundry products in the vending machine at very reasonable cost. I've used lots of laundromats in my life and this one was clean and the machines were modern and they have various sizes of washing machines including really large ones. The issues at laundromats are normally with customers and there is only so much management and staff can do. I'd return here.

The washers are fine, and as a runner, I need to do laundry every week, so having a reliable laundromat is important. My biggest frustration has always been the dryers. They seem to be set at such a low heat that my DRI-FIT workout clothes take an unreasonable amount of time to dry. I consistently have to add more money just to get my clothes fully dry, which makes every visit more expensive and time-consuming. Unfortunately, today's experience convinced me not to return. I injured myself trying to maneuver around one of the machines because there isn't enough space between them. After waiting, as usual, for my clothes to finally dry, I was ready to leave when a customer picking up a fluff-and-fold order was blocking my car. Octavio, the attendant, was helping load the customer's laundry into the vehicle, and neither of them acknowledged that they were preventing me from leaving. A simple apology or acknowledgment would have gone a long way, but there was none. After nearly a year of giving this laundromat repeated chances, I've decided I won't be coming back. I still have money remaining on my digital laundry card, and I'd rather walk away from that balance than continue patronizing this business. I hope management considers improving the dryer performance, creating safer spacing around the machines, and providing better customer service. Those changes would make a significant difference.

I just don't see the point in coming here when there are a million places nearby that cost the same, have card/Apple pay, and/or wifi.
