My sister uses this place a lot and I've come to use it myself also. It is an automated car wash with no person directly on hand. Simple enough to use and has three options for cleaning. It is set on a busy intersection which can be a bit of a pain depending on which way you are going after you are done. However, the traffic does move fast enough so you should not have a huge issue with it. It is near a lot of other places which helps when you are in a rush and need to grab a quick rinse between errands. They have a cloth vending machine there for those that want to get that extra dry on their car but don't bring their own cloth. The wieners office seems to be directly behind the car wash so if you have an issue you can go right over and have it addressed. The whole process is videotaped so there should be a record of something happening if it happens. All in all, it is a decent cost-effective option for a car wash if you are in the area and want to try some fully automated. read more

They scratched my car bad (on the driver side mid-rear). I followed all directions from the screen when pulling in. Then the robot arm hit my side mirror and it folded in and scratched my car along the side. I reached out hoping to get it resolved, but no help and they told me to go through my insurance. I don't recommend personally. read more

Will avoid this place as the last time I was there my car was left full of soap and when I drove past a little later they had shit down the bay, clearly because it wasn't working properly. Touch less carwashes are great for getting the exterior salt off, but don't do much for a really good clean and shine. This place is no exception, and for the price, I would just go to scrub a dub over on forest Ave. and get a better wash for much less. read more

Save your $17 and skip getting your vehicle washed here. It's not lost on me that it's touchless but I did expect it to be clean. It looks worse than when I started. A complete waste of money to basically have just my windows cleaned. The tires and wheels didn't even get a shine. If you want to pay to have your car rinsed, so be it. The bugs, the bird shit and dirt are all still very present. read more

I hate to write 1 star reviews, but when they're deserving of 1 star, that's what they're gonna get. I've come to this car wash SEVERAL times in an attempt to get my car washed and only once have they actually been open and operable. They don't seem to have any steady hours, they close whenever they feel like it, and the one time I actually was able to get there while they were open, my car didn't come out very clean at all. I just stopped by there today at 5:15 on a Monday evening, totally normal time to get your car washed (after work), and they were closed...AGAIN. HIGHLY inconvenient. Try Scrub A Dub down the road instead. read more

New equipment as of last Spring. Works great I was a little nervous about the complaints but I checked the BBB and they have zero complaints & been around since 2006. So I guess if they do 40,000 - 50,000 washes a year and been around 14 years, that is 600,000+ washes. To have a few people complain for a car wash that uses water, soaps, waxes, grease and in New England weather, you'll get some equipment failure here and there. I've met the owner several times and I have always gotten a credit for a wash if I wasn't completely satisfied with in a week or less. I am happy customer of 10+ years read more

The location convenient across from Home Depot on Warren Ave. they offer 4 washed ranging from $6 to $12. It's a touch less car wash with the regular warnings about bike racks, etc. I pulled up, paid, pulled in and came out with a clean car. Satisfied customer! read more

I paid for the car wash in the right bay, but the door never opened so I paid again in the left bay to wash my vehicle. I saw the barely legible number on the sign and called. The message said to leave your name and number and they would issue a credit. I never heard back even after calling back 3 more times over the next few days so I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company making it a bigger pain in the a$$ than it needed to be. read more

HORRIBLE!! I paid $12.00 for their Works Wash and my white SUV came out looking the same as it did when I went in. It didn't even get the dirt of my windshield which, obviously, was the first thing I noticed. When I got home I noticed that it hadn't got the dirt off any part of my vehicle! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I inserted a $20 for a $14 car wash the machine said it didn't have any change and gave me a receipt to give to a "cashier or clerk" they don't have anyone EVER working there.... I tried calling there phone number multiple times with no response and I sent an email 6 days ago with no response so far. To top it all off the car was was TERRIBLE, car was still filthy. On 2/2/2019 I paid $12 for a car wash and the door was frozen shut and never opened. I have sent numerous e-mails and had no response and have not had a reimbursement. I was not the only driver having the same issue that day. I will never use this car wash again nor recommend it. A reputable business would send a voucher for a car wash or at least reply to complaints. Paid for a full wash/wax, pulled in to carwash and there was no water, my car got all pre-treated, soaped up and waxed all with no washing or rinsing. Looked like a clown car when I pulled out all covered in soap. Called number and have yet to receive any reimbursement. Only next step is to contact Attorney General. Not sure it's worth the $12 ... and that's exactly what the owner is counting on. Short sighted of them though, I would have used this wash many more times had they treated me right. read more

Not the first occasion for me where I have gone to this car wash-paid money and either the door had frozen shut and couldn't get in or paid the money and the machine wouldn't work. Seems this car wash has difficulty frequently and you are gypped out of your money. They offer an email to get refunds, but you have to send them an email everyday forever to be reimbursed. Today is going on day number 10, and I still have not been reimbursed by them. SAVE your money and take your car elsewhere. read more

Pulled into the car was around 11:45 and used the first bay. I paid 12 bucks for the works and got half a wash... I understand machines break and I noticed a ton of water running out of one of the hoses that led to the machine. I figured I would call and tell them so they didn't get a ton of complaints and wanted to get a replacement wash ( never asked for one before and use this wash frequently as I own a landscaping company). I got zero response from them, none! Not a great way to run a business so I have let my family, friends and customers know about their terrible customer service. I also waited four days before posting this review in hopes I would be contacted. I haven't been contacted so please learn from my dealings and skip this car wash altogether. read more
