Brought my girlfriend's 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee here for a routine oil change and they destroyed the engine. They forgot to reinstall a pressure relief/oil valve, so the engine got no oil circulation and blew. She ended up stranded in the middle of a two-lane road. Brand new vehicle, catastrophic damage -- from an oil change. Even worse was the response: no urgency, no help with the tow, no rental assistance, and no reimbursement for missed work not even an offer to reimburse the god damn oil change that ruined her vehicle . We had to figure everything out ourselves while they dragged their feet. We didn't want to go the legal route we had hoped a business would just make things right but that is far from the case . An oil change should never turn into a blown motor. I wouldn't trust this shop with a lawnmower. read more

Buyer beware! I got an oil change here and a few days later the oil drain plug fell out of my car causing my engine to blow. It has been a complete nightmare to say the least! At first they tried to say I was never there. I had a receipt, plus my bank statement, and they put a sticker in your window. Then they tried to blame the car manufacturer. The owner is the rudest person I've ever dealt with, he spoke over me the entire time. I've been going back and forth with them since July 29th. Today, September 11th, everything has been settled, except I'm still without a car. They totaled my car, leaving me with about $1,000 to put down on another one. Their insurance company is the worst as well. Please do not go here and tell your family and friends to not go here either. Thank you for your time. read more

I just moved to area and with my wife having had a poor experience at Sparta Car Wash, searched Yelp and came to this place because of good reviews. They were accurate - car was filthy from cross country trek and went through the $19 machine/underbody wash with the gentleman in the front doing great prep work with sprayer and wheel brush - came out with all grime removed and there was plenty of water flow/clean soft cloth strips. I highly recommend this car wash for your car details. I paid $100 on my Hyundai palisade that hasn't been cleaned in months and my kids used as their personal garbage can so as you can imagine it was flithy and to my surprise the car was cleaned to perfection not one stain and the smell compl gone. also icing on the cake that I was provided a ride home while I waited for my car to be finishe. overall give this place 100% rating. Basic car wash a bit pricey, the pre wash is fair but not great. Was in a real rush to get you in and out. The drying team is very poor ( I even pre tipped them ). The car was half dried, they one side of the car the windows were not even touched. For that price I should have done it myself. I went inside and the lady behind the desk was too busy to lift her head from her phone, I walked out. I doubt I will go back. Two stars is a kind evaluation it should have been One. read more

Just purchased car and decided to go to the car wash. Figured going thru the self wash would be a good idea...not..if you want to get your car full of scratches with the brushes they do not clean. please go there. If you want to be talked to very rudely when you address the issue...please go there. Could not believe how unprofessional this place is. They said they would polish the car to get out the scratches. Dropped off the car and had to drive another car to work. Had car all day and then they called and said they weren't going to do it very rudely and we could not prove scratches were done there. Ok but if it did not have scratches when we came there and then did when we left...does not take a rocket scientist...called polishers locally to get prices and they said it definitely was the brushes since they probably were not cleaned from all the salt and sand... Oh and to boot went there the following day and the bay we cleaned are car in was closed (guess they decided to clean their brush). Guess it has come to the point you have to take a picture before you go in and after. Ok learned something the hard way, hope others don't. read more

Run down and outdated. -Non of their employees wear masks. -2-3 bays are barely operating -The machines run at least 30 seconds before they transition. If they transition. -CC machines don't work. -Coin machines but no place on site to get cash. -Soap brushes leaves streakes. -Place is absolutely disgusting. read more

These guys are crooks. They advertise an oil change at $33.99, then tell me on the phone that's 38 dollars, and after I get the work done, it comes out to be $50.86. I could've gone to Midas and gotten 3 oil changes for the same price. This is considered a "conventional" oil change. The $33.99 doesn't include the oil, filter or disposal fee! I went to the Wash N Lube through the automatic car wash. It was actually a mix between the automatic that waxed and cleaned the undercarriage and people who did detail work. Everything was fine until I got to the end. I met with an older woman who was supposed to towel dry the car and put Armor All on the tires. I gave her my ticket, and she looks at me and goes "Jesus F***ing Christ!," walks away, and then comes back and says "Sorry, there's a long line behind you." I really didn't know what to say, so I didn't say much of anything. I drove off when she was done, but I wish that I went in an said something right then and there. read more

I've been using this place for a bit now, however I will not be going back. I brought my 2 year old hyundai here for an oil change. Discovered, about a week later oil spots one my driveway. I brought it to the dealer and was told that they put the wrong size filter and left off the gasket, that seals the filter on. Lost just under a quart of oil. Not good..... read more
