This place is absolute garbage. Literally have to clean the whole interior myself they did such a bad job. Exterior not much better.

I pulled up and they asked me to step out of my car. I said no as I just wanted an exterior wash and my toddler was sleeping in the back seat. He said ok pull up. I went through the wash, they were drying the car and the owner came out yelling at me asking who said I could go through his car wash, nobody drives through themself. I advised he should speak to his employee before he yells at a customer and rolled up my window. He said he wasnt done with me. A stated that I was done with him and proceeded to drive away. He yelled to me as I was almost to the street asking if I wanted my change... Very odd and rude. $18 is kinda pricey for an exterior wash and a scolding read more

The service was ok. The main staff greeter was not friendly. He gave a bare minimum acknowledgement of the services I was paying for. The white down staff missed a few areas: inside door frames- front & back, trunk frame, center console needed attention-that it didn't get, dashboard was streaky. Haven't been there in five years or more. When I came through with my wife's car, the wheels were dirty. I asked them to clean the wheels and they told me it was an extra charge. I said no clean them not tire shine and they said wheel cleaning is extra. I guess to them wheels are not part of the car. read more

if you want to waste $30-$40 on a crappy car wash, I recommend this place. The guys are lazy and this place is always closed because their service sucks. You definitely have to wipe down your car down afterwards. The dash or middle console wasn't even wiped down. I recommend Hogwash Car wash in Parsippany. I paid for 5 washes and have the card they give you with strip on the back. I ALWAYS keep the receipt and clip it to the card when I go through. I keep that in my vehicle. No one else has access to my vehicle. I went through the wash and my most previous receipt says 3 washes left. I went to counter with my "bill" and handed my card. Cashier processes the "bill" (swiped the card) and gives me new receipt which always indicates how many washes remaining. Cashier gives me back my card and receipt and says there is ONE wash remaining. Three minus one wash does not equal ONE. I questioned it and showed my previous receipt showing THREE washes remaining prior to this wash. The reply was, "Are you a member?" And "I'm not dishonest." And "The computer doesn't lie." I have been coming to cash for years but my last few experiences have been extremely disappointing. I am not to complain but today's experience pushed me over the edge. I brought my truck into a wash and mini detail around 3:30pm and I thought the line was moving pretty quickly but I guess that was because all the shortcuts they took so they could close at 4:00pm. When walked outside i experienced the Owner George arguing with a customer because he was not satisfied with how his car was cleaned and he just kept carrying on in front of other customers which was very inappropriate. He was more concerned about moving his car to block cars from entering the car wash line than helping his staff get the cars finished so customers could be on their way. When I heard my truck was ready I jumped in and left so I could remove myself from that environment. My truck was not up to my satisfaction but no one wanted to acknowledge my issues so I left. I paid for windows inside & outside to cleaned that was not done. I paid for the interior to vacuumed that was poorly done. I paid for my rubber floor mats to washed, only the front floor mats were done the back were still dirty. I still had visible dirt on my truck but that was not addressed. I understand it was close to your closing time but as an experienced car wash owner you should know how long it takes to properly wash a customer's vehicle and plan accordingly on when your last wash should be so your staff can do the job properly. Time to look for a new full service car wash in the Sparta area because this place is not the car wash for me any longer. read more

I normally don't write reviews, but enough is enough the last three times I came here, I tried to get the full package, coming at different times, (early morning, morning, early afternoon) and different days (Mon, Wed, Friday) The guy taking the money acted like I was stupid for asking for it. The first two times he said no I just shrugged it off and got a lesser service. I have been coming here for years and I'm recently extremely dissatisfied. My car came out with obvious dirt and they did not clean it off when they were drying my car. They only cleaned my driver side window and none of the others. My mats were left soaking wet with pools of water and my side compartments flooded. The inside staff was extremely friendly but I was very disappointed with my $30 car wash that left my car just as dirty. I had to wait 20 minutes to even get my car through, so I did not have time for them to redo it. I'm very disappointed since this is one of the very few "full" service car washes in this area. read more

I usually go to this car wash, however last Sunday 4/17/21 I brought my daughter's car for a mini detail to surprise her. Well I get in the car and drive off. As I am driving away I notice they never polished the dashboard. Then I look down and around the brake lever was all crumbs and hair. It looks like it was never vacuumed at all. I used to go to this place a handful of times a year. Never had any issues. The only thing I didn't like was the owner is incredibly unfriendly and gives zero indication he appreciates your business. The last time I went earlier this year, they must have used dirty rags or gross cleaner. I had to leave cottons balls soaked in essential oils all over my car for weeks because it smelled like something died in there. I left my windows cracked in the cold weather to air it out. After my experience and reading the recent reviews, I will never be back. Go the next town over to Andover. I took my vehicle in for a car wash this past Saturday. When my vehicle exited the car wash I noticed the cover for the seat controls was broken and hanging. I asked the guy working there what happened and he just shrugged his shoulders, then went to get the manager. The manager ( the women behind the counter) wouldn't even come out . She said it was not her problem. She finally comes out after I refuse to leave . Looks at the damage then tells me , " she didn't break it". Now accidents happen , but I know that the bracket was not broken when I gave the guy in the back my vehicle. Its something I would have clearly noticed. She walked away without even asking the guy who took my vehicle into the car wash bay. I don't expect them to pay for the repair , but I did expect her to ask the guy who drove my car in what happened. Came here for the first time to get a car wash which I found on google only because the place I go to normally was closed. I don't ever leave bad reviews because I know what it does to a company. Place inside is nice they have several items to purchase which I did about $50 worth. By the time I finished paying for my car wash which was $25 and the rest of items I bought inside was another $40 and tipping the box a $20 for their work and knowing they probably don't make much there. Woman inside was very nice and helpful even gave me a free air freshener. By the time I got out the doors my car was done which was very quick I thought maybe they still had to do the inside. Before I even arrived at the car wash I cleaned the inside myself took all garbage out so they can just vacuum and wipe the insides out. To my surprise I get into my vehicle and looks like they didn't even touch the inside of my car. Attaching pictures below for reference. I was shocked and thinking this can't be but yes it was. So disappointed with the service they gave for a service I paid for. Looked like nothing inside was touched or vacuumed. Obvious dirt all over the place which was so upsetting and let me say I'd never go there again. I should of read the reviews before even going there. Great place to get your car washed. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Service is usually fast but on occasion gets jammed after bad weather. Detailing shop does a great job with quality work. Some bad reviews but not all things are equal some cars should be junked not washed especially the ones with three years of kid crap Stuck to the floor and head liner whose owner thinks the wash will bring it back to factory new. read more

Every time my wife and I go in to Sparta car wash, George treats us like family! The workers that they have there are very detail oriented. The best value is the mini detail where they take your car and they vacuum it out, clean the seats (front & rear), clean the windows, Wipe down the dash, and even wipe down the door jams and kick plates. Then they give it a full exterior wash with wax and complete hand dry with microfiber towels and then a tire treatment. All that for $30 and what's even better is when you buy five washes at one time they give you a sixth wash for free! read more

Absolutely disgusted and disappointed. I have a brand new truck that now has deep scratches and swirl marks in my paint. I'm so disheartened. It seems they used an oil change rag to clean my windows, they are filthy now. I know I have a black vehicle and I know there is salt on it that's why I brought it there don't waste your money..so disappointed ! But had the 6 guys that swiped a towel once down my jeep taken the time to grab a DRY towel and go back and forth a little perhaps I wouldn't have felt compelled to write this review. It could have take 6 guys 2 minutes to actually dry my vehicle. I can't imagine why this place would let people drive away dark colored car or not. I once used Sparta Car Wash all the time but as of a few years ago the prices have gone up while the quality has gone way down. I last used them 6 months ago and they did a terrible job for the 26.00 I paid them. I had to pick up friends today so I got the 20.00 works. I feel like I got worked over. Not only did I still have bird crap on the car but I had to vacuum the floors and clean the seats and door cards. Save your money and go to Mr. Bubbles in Sussex for 8.00. They do just as good a job on the outside, they also towel dry, and you can finish at home like I did. You'll also save 12 to 18 dollars. Sussex County needs a decent car wash. read more

Worst car wash I ever patronized. The car was not vacuumed properly and when I ask them to vacuum the trunk which is customary at a full service car wash they said "we don't do that." When it came out of the wash the car was dirty the seats were dirty and when I asked them to clean the dirt on the outside of the car they told me "that's tar honey it won't come off". I Wiped my finger on it and it came off with my finger. I asked him again to clean the dirt off the car and he told me for $20 you don't get a detail. Granted my car needed a good cleaning, but extremely disappointed. All inside four doors where window buttons are were not wiped down, don't believe back seat was even vacuumed. Around the shifter and cup holders were not vacuumed/cleaned and all rocker panels were dirty. Definitely not worth the money. read more

My husband took his truck there for a wash and interior cleaning, and whatever they cleaned the dashboard with (a product for horse tack and saddles) had some sort of chemical reaction and it bubbled up and now his dash is peeling like crazy. They told us that it was from the heat, but I'm sorry, dashboards are meant to withstand sunlight. And his truck has been in the sun multiple times with no problems. This is clearly from product that was used. When he asked to show the product that was used, it clearly states it will soften and make pliable. Well, that's exactly what it did, and ruined the dash! Hopefully they will make this right or the BBB will be contacted. read more

Quite how so many guys polishing one car can do such a bad job, I do not know. I have smeared windows and bodywork, there is still grime all around the bottom of doors, and they've messed with all my mirrors. I opted for the $26 mini detail...what a rip off I honestly didn't pay much attention to what they were doing. When they were done with my car I just got in and didn't really inspect, I figured the place looked nice and was fairly busy, what a mistake. While driving away I noticed the passenger side of my windshield still appeared dirty. When I got home and began to inspect I was pissed!! I have Durango I opened up the tailgate and it wasn't even vacuumed, for that matter I'm not even sure if the vacuum, other than my shop vac ever saw the inside of the car. Convenient location to my job. I decided to get a car wash with the works instead of vacuuming my car myself. I asked specifically about the vacuuming since I tried to do it and the machine stole my money and the vacuum did not work. I was told the vacuum is part of the package.
