My two car wash places, this one and the one in Rivergate. LOVE THEM!! I used to frequent a rival car wash but it got to be too tedious to get in and out of the place. I only get an hour for lunch, I can't spend it all waiting in a car que to get my car washed. They have people that give the windows a light scrub before you go through to help get the hard bits off which the flippy scrub thingys inside never tend to get off. I love that part and I hope it never goes away as it did with the other place I frequented. Once you get out there are plenty of free vacuums to get to the inside of your car. The vacuums are strong and the way they are set up is you can use one and crawl over or you can use one on each side of the spot. This is the method I choose most times. I cannot crawl around in my car like a fit person, that just isn't my life anymore. I will say, if there is only one other car(my car) at the vacuums don't park right next to it and then proceed to leave all your doors open so I can only vacuum through one side. Park on down the line, so you don't you have one expletive-slinging person(again me) having to move their car so they can vacuum the other side. It is the most ridiculous thing and I was already on the brink of having the worst weekend when this happened. I cannot even imagine the thought process behind the person that did this. When you have someone next to you with their doors open, you do not have enough room to get in and do yours, that is a negative, but I do not believe it is the car wash's fault. Just a lack of human decency really. They were laughing that I had to move my car, and thoroughly making me hate life in general. This is a great gem in Madison, I hope it stays that way. read more

This location of Wash N' Roll is decent in its own right, but less impressive on the level of cleanliness and service than other nearby Wash N' Roll locations. I have a VIP Membership for the brand, so on occasion when I am in the area I will swing through this location. The caliber of wash here always seems to be a basic, surface wash and not much else can be expected. Service is also iffy here with the folks stationed at the entry gates never being super friendly or helpful. Overall, not my favorite Wash N' Roll location. read more

I'll start by saying I never do reviews. This place has been such a joke I have to get on here and warm you all. I showed up just to get my car wash. The attendant who works at the pay station came over and told me I can pay for any wash, and get the best wash for free. So I told him I'll pay for the cheapest wash, and take the best wash. He scanned my card, and when I got the receipt I was charged for the most expensive wash. I told him that's not what I wanted. He said he couldn't refund me because I used a credit card. As an apology, he offered to give me 1 month of free washes, at the highest level wash. I told him that's fine, but I DO NOT WANT A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION. He said I would not be charged beyond today. Well I check my credit card statement 2 months later (I don't use this card much), and I was charged $48 a month by Wash N Roll. When I called to dispute I left a detailed voicemail and they never called back. I emailed them and they got back to me saying they don't give refunds. I explained the whole situation and they continue to respond that they do not give any refunds. If You want to have a successful business you have to take care of your customers. This place obviously isn't run well and is scammy. I would give them negative 5 stars if I could. read more

Not just a no but a HECK NO! Part of my car came off on the wash! This was my first and only visit to this car wash First they badgered me to death about their subscription, I had to tell them no multiple times. Secondly I noticed how rough it was the second I got got in there, and wouldn't you believe as soon as I got out and looked at my car..... A PIECE HAD FALLEN OFF IN THE CARWASH. Let me follow up by saying that I bought my car brand new around 18 months ago and there has been no previous issues or collisions that would have caused this to be loose or to fall off. And no it's not an aftermarket part either. It's the window panel that came on the car from factory. I took the photo below and went inside to make someone aware, they were able to find the part. But there were no apologies made, no "im so sorry". Nothing! They just handed me the part and said "here ya go". I was able to get this part back in myself, and thankfully nothing else was hurt. I've never ever in all my years of car ownership have been in a wash where part of my car fell off, so please don't take any chances by going here. read more

I paid $22 for the a top of the line wash on my 2001 Chevy Silverado service was great up until the point I got up to the actual track my tires sit in my tires fit in the track although the sloppy half done job of the attendant with the brush before you enter did absolutely nothing and he had lightly hit my A-pillar on the driver side I wasn't very worried about that it was once I entered the car wash my problems began first the wash was incredible rough it get more like the rollers were smacking my truck rather than cleaning it and once I got out had to find a vacuum that actually sucked stuff up decided to run across the road to grab some oil to do my oil change and walked out to the front of my truck and there was a very noticeable piece missing MY FACTORY EMBLEM their car wash had ripped off my Chevy emblem from the grill once noticing this I continued with getting my oil changed and went back to get my emblem and have a talk with someone he walked into the wash and came back with my emblem broken in half looked at me and said "you might be able to glue it back on" I said "I'm not gonna be gluing anything back on" went in to their office where there was no manager (understandably so as it was a Sunday) and waited right around 45 minutes to an hour through the attendants phone charging then him locking it up and finally saying they wouldn't cover it but I could come back the following day and discuss it with his manager so I did keep in mind yes my truck is 24 years old and In rather mint condition for its age and mileage but no trim pieces at all are or were "lose/ previously damaged" as stated in their policy I'd also like to add this is listed separately from their policy of not repairing damage to "vehicles 3 years or older" as the emblem is not a vehicle nor was it loose or previously damaged it should therefore be covered by the way I'm looking at it but back to the experience I had went back the next day found the manager and talked to him I was met with a rather cocky and disrespectful tone and told off the bat they wouldn't repair it no if and's or buts about to argued my point of view and was then told to come look at the sign I'd already thoroughly read and was told to contact customer services I wasn't offered a incident report to file that my vehicle was damaged by them and in no way did customer service help either I was told by them that they had no control over any damages or refunds and it was the stores matter to handle I then went back in after they called the store gave my email to be sent the report to fill out and the manager proceeded to laugh about the situation on the phone with I'm guessing colleague which I found to be less than laughable I just want my money back for a service that was less than advertised I paid for top of the line and what I got was a broken factory part if they'll just give me my money back I'll get the emblem myself and I'm not even mad that it broke I'm mad that they broke it acknowledged it was in their wash handed it to me told me I was basically out of luck and I wouldn't win the argument and the fact I'd left the wash and came back brought up in his snarky attitude "you left and came back it doesn't matter if you left and came back" just want my money back I'm not even dissatisfied with he cleanliness of my truck something was broken by them it's basic human decency to own up to it and fix what was broken I'm currently doing my best to go as high as possible with this and I understand it's just a $25 piece of plastic but it's the principal that I stand by you break it you fix it call me old fashioned but I don't care if it was a 10 cent piece it makes no difference to me I will stand by my beliefs till the end it's not right that they damage peoples vehicles and tell them it's on them and they won't fix it if they'll problem is resolved I'll update this if not I'll update with what level I've gone to to try to get my money back for them damaging my property read more

Prior to my final visit yesterday, I'd had some dealings with this car wash. I'd agreed to their 30-day trial, but tried 3 times to enter the VIP lane, and the gate would not go up. Anyway...2 months later, I decided to get a car wash and I had cash in my hand. The attendant immediately began his pitch and I stopped him, explaining that I'd already tried that and I'd rather just pay cash. He tried again to convince me otherwise. No. Thank. You. Again, I stated that I just wanted a simple wash and tried to hand him $10 cash. And then he said this: "When are you going to start acting like an adult?" I was shocked. I never raised my voice as I can barely speak due to the Flu. I whispered that he had crossed the line. I backed out and left. That guy should be the poster child for Customer Service! I could have hosed my car off better. Went to wash off a splatter of bird poop on my driver side window. I'm not sure what the brushing before going into the car wash did. But it was clear that I had a big splatter. It wasn't hidden, middle of the driver side glass. I had to use paper towel and hand sanitizer to wipe off. Whatever you do, do not give these people your credit card number or subscribe to their service. I am still getting billed twice a month for the same car after I called in to cancel six months ago and message them on their website to cancel six months ago. I have not heard back from anyone, and meanwhile, they're still billing my card. If you try to call to cancel you get their voicemail - you can leave a message and nothing happens. Meanwhile, they are billing my card $35 a month twice so that's $70 bucks a month over six months I've paid these people and they still haven't canceled the service. And don't have time to go in there during the day, which I guess is the only way to cancel - to physically go up there go into the office and tell someone you want to cancel. It's ridiculous. Do not use this carwash! I purchased the monthly membership. Used it twice, my car was not even clean. Canceled my membership with the attendant. He said he canceled it on the computer for me. I was charged $45.99 the next month. Told that I needed a cancellation receipt. I was never given a receipt. They said there was nothing they could do then because the attendant tell me he canceled was just hearsay. I was speaking to a supervisor, she said her boss does not speak to customers, so I am just out of luck. read more

I think Wash N Roll provides a decent service; however, looking at the number of similar complaints, I think they are engaged in purposeful fraud when you try to cancel the membership. They flat refused to honor my cancellation and kept billing me. when I notice their "error" and called them on it, I was basically told "tough luck." Really enjoyed this car wash until it came time to cancel my membership. I'm a stay at home dad and took my son almost once a day to the car wash. We moved out of state and I told the attendant that this was our last visit and we wanted to cancel our membership and he told me he'd get it taken care of. Four months later I noticed I was still getting charged $43 a month. When I called to get it resolved customer service told me that I should have gotten a cancellation receipt and without that they wouldn't refund the last four months. I explained that we had moved out of state and that if they looked at our history they'd see that we went from going every day to not at all. I could also provide documentation showing when our residency changed. The customer service agent told me that that didn't matter and She would cancel the account but I would not be refunded. I asked if there was someone else I could talk to and she informed me the only person above her was the owner and that he would've be interested in speaking with me. I just paid $20 for the top of the line wash. My car came out wet and spotty. $20! I still had spots of sap on my side windows too.

My 1st visit was excellent. My car turned out clean and the vacuums were strong. Next 3 times there was an attendant taking your money and trying to sell you a membership package which was irritating since he was very persistent and I just want to wash my car. This final time was the worst. They now charge you an extra $1 for the workers to scrub your front and back bummer (every other car wash I've been to this is a free service). I went to get a car wash at their Bellevue location on Highway 70 S. and a attendant came up unrequested and ask if I want unlimited car wash this month for 20 bucks I said why not I was already going to pay 15. I checked my credit card statement the following month and there's a 34.99 charge. I called customer service and even worked my way to a supervisor and their only answer was sorry our policy is not to refund any money. We went to the wash n roll on Thompson Lane in Nashville. Got the membership April 15 and went by on April 19 & 20th. Both times they were closed. Called the 877-370-1390 & ask for my money back or an extension on my renewal date. The lady said they would not do either one but the car wash would be open Saturday. We have lost over a week of our membership. I think the least the could do is to add a week onto our membership. Will think twice before we renew again!! read more

They refused to honor the coupon, even though there was absolutely no expiration date on it. Went to wash the pollen on my truck and I was going to go thru the car wash and the thing wouldn't move my tire the right way they guy kept yelling at me to stop holding the brake and I kept telling him my foot was not on the brake he said ma'am your foot has to be on the brake because the wheel thing is not holding your tire to push you thru the wash and I said my legs are by my seat nowhere near the brake he then told me to drive thru the wash because he done put the wash that I paid for thru and as I drove out of the car wash (with no car wash and soap still on my car) he tells me to go thru again and I left! My kids were scared and I wasn't going to go thru that again..they need to train there people more and not to yell at something that isn't ones fault..I will not be going back and I will be getting ahold of corporate to get my money back cause I paid for a service I never got!! read more

Wash and roll car wash in Madison Tennessee has been good up until about a month ago I have been a customer there since the business opened over 3 years ago I used to be treated right and with respect here lately they only have attitudes half ass do their job and act like they're doing you a favor when you're paying for a service anyway there's only two people left there that still act like they're good at their job and they appreciate it if I have tilt you you know who you are if I have not tilled you you also know who you are and there's a reason...... On another note they always take my payment out automatically I have the Platinum wires 43.95 a month this has been going on for over 3 years will the 10th of this month they took my money shows on my bank statement and sent me a receipt but yet they still claim that they haven't took my money and they didn't send me a receipt I called customer service several times to finally get someone to reply back to me and all they did was make me feel like a liar and I was trying to scam them so I went to the car wash in Madison today August 17th around 9:00 a.m. spoke to two guys there at the bay they attempted to be helpful they showed me where it showed that they had received my payment but on the same computer screen it said they had not regardless even though I showed them my bank statement and the receipt I still couldn't get into the car wash so I finally talked to customer service again I had to let the guy at the bay take a picture of my bank statement to send to the lady at customer service who says you never received my money but yet she's more than willing to cancel my account and refund my $43.95 how do you refund my money when you say you never got it to start with so yes I canceled my membership been there for a long time I don't see any way in the world I would ever return there they need to check their attitudes and get their billing straightened out don't know what else to say but Bye Wash and roll car wash in Madison Tennessee.....
