I requested the package detailing and the company responded in about 5 min. They offered me their earliest time which was the next day and they arrived after calling that they could arrive earlier which was great. Lino was very polite and eager to do a thorough job. He and his co-worker worked a solid 2 1/2 hours and did a terrific job. I am very pleased with the job and would be happy to recommend them. The guys did a fabulous job detailing my car. I got the gold package because I wanted a head to toe, top to bottom detail and they did not disappoint. I don't think my car looked this good when I got it from the dealership. I think the engine though is my favorite part. I didn't take a before pic but I definitely took an after one. Had Wash on Wheels of Austin / Pflugerville area (ignore my location as my VPN shows me in the wrong area) come out to help with my sedan that hadn't been properly cleaned in 5+ years. I opted for their Gold Package tier which included interior and exterior as well as an engine clean. When I was originally quoted a 4 hour timeframe, I was a bit worried that their would not be enough time as my vehicle was in a rough shape. When I had previously had the car cleaned with a different company, it required me dropping off the vehicle for the entire day and only the interior was done. However, the two men were able to completely rejuvenate my car with all parts now looking absolutely incredible. Lino spent hours on my car. He was extremely thorough. He even got off most of the yellow paint spatters that my husband had acquired on a road trip (so tiny, we thought it was sap or bugs...it was not.) Dog hair I've never been able to get off the carpeted mats? Gone! The inside is spotless and shiny! The windows are smudge free and so clear!
