Highly recommend Berli's to anyone who wants quality body work done on their vehicle. From the professionalism of the entire staff to the excellent body work completed on my Porsche Macan, Berli's is a great place to take your car. We had some issues with our insurance company trying to play hardball but Berli's went to bat for us and got the work done with everything covered by insurance. Thank you Berli's!

Very professional and friendly, updates were given and my car even detailed. They also stand behind their work with life time warranties.

    She's more beautiful than ever

Berli's does awesome work, and if you need bodywork on a Lamborghini, Rolls Royce, or cherished high tech pet car, it's the only place in Texas a knowledgable car nerd takes their toy. Mine is a Nissan GT-R, and they did the following above and beyond: 1. With an expensive high tech car the parts cost a lot more, but painting is painting, so Berli's makes a lot of money from the difference in wholesale and retail prices on parts. My insurance was scared to touch the car, so wrote a big cheque and walked, I of course took the car to Berli's anyway and paid cash. I got about 15% of the parts heavily discounted, and Joe Berli personally declined my offer to pay the margin on it as a fee. 2. A lot of people get wrapped around the axle about the fact Berli's charge a little more for labour, but on a high end car it's less than 1% difference, it has a valid purpose in allowing them to hire the best people, and is irrelevant. Most insurance companies happily pay it and if it's not it's pocket change for an owner of a $100k car and more than worth it. Don't be penny wise and dollar foolish. 3. Berli's rendition of their version of multi stage Super Silver is far superior to Nissan's .... Nissan hand assembles the GT-Rs at Tochigi, but the bodyshells are painted on the same mediocre line as the Maximas, Berli's asked my permission to paint the entire car and it took me 300 milliseconds to agree, having the whole car painted with love, care and pride by hand by a human whose job is making art with his work is far superior to a paint robot. If you have any car you really care about, even your deceased grandma's old Buick, taking it to Berli's is worth the trip even if you have to pay that tiny $100 out of pocket. You will not be disappointed. Their service writers are similarly awesome to work with, they work with email with rapid and thorough responses, and are just as excellent as the shop folks. Ask for Scott is available, he is my guy.

They even detailed my car inside and out before giving it back to me!

I struggled to find a body shop to fix up my 2015 Infiniti Q50, and from day one scott at Berli's took care of me and made sure I wasn't over paying for the work and made sure when I got my car back it was in even better shape than before. I highly reccomend this shop to anyone who needs a legit body shop!

Ask the Community - Berli's Body & Fine Auto Finishes

Don y'all offer full car painting? I have scratches and rock chips on the good and other areas of the car no dents just some oxidation from the sin and weather it's a 2006 Toyota Highlander looking to make it more appealing.

Berli's uses the highest quality paint and parts and is worth the trek from Austin to Pflugerville, hands down.

From the start, Jeff was awesome--super patient, answered all my questions, and kept me updated even while I was traveling. When I picked up the truck, Atnan walked me through everything and made sure I was happy with the work. The customer service here really stands out. The repair timeline was actually pretty fast on the shop's side. Most of the delays came from the insurance back‑and‑forth, not the team doing the work. If you want things to move quicker, my advice is to start your claim before dropping off your vehicle. Once everything was approved, they had my truck back to me in about 9 business days. I also got text updates the whole way--submitted estimate, parts ordered, in line for paint, all of it. It made the process way less stressful. It's been two weeks since the repairs were finished, and after a power wash the paint and trim still look amazing. No mismatched panels, no weird texture differences--just clean, factory‑fresh work. The attention to detail really shows. I uploaded my before‑and‑after photos so you can see for yourself. The difference is huge. My truck looks brand new again, and I'd absolutely come back here or recommend them to anyone who wants quality work that lasts.

I was rear ended as I sat waiting to enter I 35. I've never had an accident so I was kind of shook up. Thank God the man who hit me had insurance. I decided on Gerber Collision & Glass - Pflugerville to get my car repaired. Gerber Collision & Glass - Pflugerville did all the work in a timely manner keeping me informed of the progress at each stage. I am very pleased with the car, new bumper, new trunk panel. My car was completely cleaned on the outside and the shine was beautiful! I have to add the confidence and professionalism the personal was exceptional! I drove my car off their lot and home to my driveway. When I got out of my car I heard beep, beep, beep 5 times. I couldn't figure out what was going on. I got back in my car and it was completely dead. I was shook up and confused as to what was going on. Gerber Collision as for a review and I didn't give them a good review, because when I took my car to them it had no issues except someone rammed into me. The next morning Gerber Collision sent two men to figure out what happened. It was my battery! They jump started my car, took it to Auto Zone, got me a new battery and brought me back a running car. What exceptional customer service! This is the first time I have used Gerber Collision & Glass - Pflugerville and I will continue to recommend them for their first-rate work, excellent communication and ethics! Oh I almost forgot when replacing the trunk panel the Subaru plate cracked ( see picture, yellowed area) they ordered a new plate and had it delivered the next day. This business has WOWED ME!! EXCEPTIONAL!

I ended up at Gerber because it was a Geico Xpress Repair shop and my preferred shop was booked…read more I don't have many issues with the body work, paint or wheel reconditioning. That was fine, or has been fine so far. I'd say communication was "OK". Getting these guys on the phone later in the afternoon can be a challenge and they will give you a runaround. At one point I was working directly with Toyota Brand Engagement due to a parts delay, and even Toyota had issues getting Gerber on the phone. Main issue seems for me is that a lot of the reassembly work is rushed. I went to pick up my truck and noticed the automatic liftgate wasn't working. And like this wasn't hard to figure out. There was a big flashing warning on my dash. They took the car back and I waited an hour. Apparently one of the sensors hadn't been plugged in, but now it was and everything was working. I laughed it off - more happy than anything I got my truck back. But yeah it was weird. Couple days later I noticed that one of the LED bed lights hadn't been properly seated. It was actually sticking out one side. I was able to pop it back in with my hand. And one of the stem caps on my tires was missing (which I replaced myself). Nothing "major" but definitely a lack of attention to detail. Then the tail light they had replaced completely failed (no light, no blinker, and no brake light). They had mostly OEM parts, but this was labeled A/M, and that's exactly why it failed. I also found that the Rear panel was missing fasteners and the bumper had slight fitment issues that weren't super noticeable. And a wire harness that was barely secured. Toyota did the diagnostic and the tail light Gerber installed was defective. And recommended Gerber replace it instead of paying $800 out of pocket. Toyota was chill enough fix the missing fasteners for free though. Took it over to Gerber that day and J ran out all fidgety when I mentioned I had Toyota do the diagnostic, and said they'd order a new tail light, and it should be in the next day. Of course they'd call me.... ... I was the one that had to call. Of course no tail light because tomorrow was B.S. That's what I mean by communication. They'll tell you anything to get you out of their office and just go dark and insist they'll call you. Maybe. After a couple days, I ended up calling Toyota and ordering an OEM tail light with a real ETA of 1 to 3 days. Gerber finally called to complain because I gave them a bad CS survey. Not even to tell me that my tail light was in. And just whined about my insurance and all the hard work the did? This was a subpar experience that cost me an extra $800 and most importantly time better spent else where. I don't care if the repairs are free, I will not ever go back here. If you are a Geico customer and need collision repair, I would avoid this place and go to Caliber.
