I've usually had positive experiences since this place opened and have continued to frequent even when one day it suddenly went from the usual $3 car wash to the $4 car wash (which doesn't quite have the same ring to it). I was lucky I had $4 with me that day or I guess I'd have had to back up or only get to go 3/4 of the way through. When it first opened I enjoyed it's convenience but was especially impressed with the power of their vacuums. As someone who drives for a living and keeps his car clean this was a major bonus. Most wash establishments always seem to have a few (or all) lame hoses that you invariably commit to then learn you have to either move your vehicle or determine if all the hoses suck (no pun intended). Additionally, there are two hoses on each side so you don't have to wait for the sluggish person next to you to finish their mini-van next to you before you can get to work. The owner told me it was an extremely expensive system. My last visit, however, left me a little disappointed. I'm not sure if I went at the precise wrong time of day or what, but business was booming. While nothing can be done to accelerate the time required to wash a car, there seemed to be a few issues that the staff was struggling with. I took the inside lane then noticed the woman a few cars ahead of me was having some kind of issue paying. I believe it may have had to do with some app on her phone that neither she nor the employee could resolve. I must have waited at least ten minutes. When I finally got past that confusion, the person that directs the vehicles kept disappearing or changing which was odd and frustrating. All went well until I got to the vacuuming. Of course I pulled into the bay where the tip of the unit was slightly cracked, so much so, that the power of the suctioning was causing it to close, thus negating it's effectiveness. I'll deal with the 33% increase in cost but have concerns about it being the long term destination for washes though. read more

Amazing wash. Took my car to it for the first time last month. Been going weekly. Always a clean consistent job that leaves my car shiny and dry. Would definitely recommend to a friend. They also have free vacuums which seem to be the strongest I have tried. They also have mat holders which allows you clip your carpets to it and get them nice and clean. I've been to around four different car washes close to my house, Wash Werks is the furthest and I will drive out of my way to go to this one. It's always clean and very well tended to. Everyone is very kind. I locked my keys in my car and the staff was very helpful, they waited with me while I waited for help. Besides the kind staff and cleanliness, my car comes out clean and the vacuums are THE BEST! The prices are super reasonable, they even have monthly VIP packages, which is great for Arizona summers. My go-to car wash. Here's the breakdown: Pros Quiktrip is next door so you can get gas, too Manager's special is $10 with dashboard wipe and air freshener. The vacuums really suck! Went in this week before the storms. Luckily was greeted by the owner himself at one of the pay stations! He told me all about their Monthly Unlimited Club and I realized with all this bad weather it makes perfect sense. I've already been 3x since signing up. I no longer have to worry about the weather and when I should wash my car. I elected to go for their middle package called "The Manager's Special". It costs $24.95/month but allows me to go whenever I want. I have already brought my friend with me and I think she is going to sign up to. The wash is super neat and so far the employees have all greeted me with a smile. 5/5 stars for sure! Oh yeah, and their vacuums are so strong! They really suck :) read more

I went to this car wash because I trusted the many positive reviews. My car was pretty dusty going in, but going out there was still a lot of dirt, bird poop, bugs, and whatever else gets on cars. On top of a poor wash there were more scratches than I could count! I knew these were from the brushes because they were in a repeating pattern across my entire car! On the roof, the doors, the sides. Nowhere was without scratch. Now I'll have to pay someone to fix that! Was a little ticked off I had to pay extra for a small towel when most other car washes have them for free. Also, most of my car came out clean but the bottom edges came out looking filthy as if the dirt just migrated to the bottom of the car. read more

Love the carwash. Fantastic owner and hardworking staff members. Biggest bummer though, is their tire sludge shine is awful. I thought they fixed it, it was applying clean for a day or two, and then it was consecutively just Brown and dirty after every wash. So I gave up on using it, bummer because I love the tire shine feature, but it left a stain on my paint, which is not cool. So now my tires just look dull, but at least they don't have brown sludge on them anymore. Since the owner and staff members are so nice, I didn't want to lower the rating, but maybe one day they'll find a better solution to the weird tire shine mess they offer right now. I know they are aware of the issue, just sharing this with other people, if you have the same issue, stop using it, or it will likely end up staining your car's paint job (when you drive off and it swishes onto your car). read more

Haven't been to carwash like this in close to a decade so decided to give it a try after reading the reviews. I usually wash my cars by hand or take them to a self-serve wash and spray with the pressure washers there but decided to give this place a try. I was selling an 08 Acura TL and had somebody coming by to look at it within the hour so didn't have time to wash it myself. The wash got the car clean for sure, with some nicely aimed tire shine to top it off, but at the expense of some pretty nasty scratches from the brushes that slap down onto the car, most noticeable on the hood, trunk and roof. All I can say is this place is excellent. The wash itself is immaculate and I find this to be extremely important because if you're selling clean, then your facility better be clean. Wash Werks knocked it out of the park. I got their Werks Wash and it was an awesome show in the tunnel. The kids absolutely loved it. I stopped in and their manager Dustin was happy to help sign me up for their Unlimited Club. Always a perk when you can be park of something exclusive. Now for the cost of one normal hand wash elsewhere i can get unlimited. I'll be taking full advantage during this years haboob season. Couldn't be happier I found this place. read more

What a horrible first visit experience! Got the Basic wash (@ $6). After I went through and drove to the vacuum area, I notice these silver-dollar sized blotches on the window and one major one on the hood. Was extremely sticky. When an employee walked by, i pointed it out. After he conferred with the "boss", said probably was wax droppings from the machine and they would pay for an upgrade second wash. That did very little. Feeling this would not be resolved at the wash, went home to use finger nail polish remover on the window, as well as a follow-up with window cleaner. Just stumbled upon it while in town. The guy at the pay station offered to help and was super friendly. Got the full show and really enjoyed the ride through. Honestly don't usually expect much from these type of washes but this wash left my car looking as good as the full service I usually go to! It even came out nice and dry. Amazing promotion going on right now. Upon pulling in the staff kindly greeted me at the pay station and offered me a free wash as part of their Grand Opening. They said this promotion ends November 5th. After the wash I pulled into their free vacuum and air nozzle station to finish detailing my car with a microfiber that they sell for $1. I was surprised with how well the wash did without a human ever touching the car. It was completely automated and did a nice job. I definitely plan to return. Nice and new. The greeter was kind of a "dick" when I told him I had 4 cars and was not interested in the VIP club. I only get my cars washed about once a week. The vacuum was not working and no air nozzle. Opening at 9am on Sunday is a bit late when other car washes open at 7am. If they can address these issues they might make it. read more
