We got the concrete scheduled and the time was set. The day of the pouring of the concrete, his crew was out early to make sure everything was in order, framed and ready for the concrete. The crew leveled the concrete and also gave it a nice finish. Once the concrete set, the crew returned and removed the framing. I am so pleased with my new landing that I placed a chair and plants on it to welcome those who visit. I can't wait for begin my next project with LSJ Masonry.

I contacted Leon before the warranty was up and instead of fixing issue we received excuse after excuse . They day Leon and his team finally showed up to do some type of work, they stated the older gentleman using the machine got frustrated becauae he didn't know how to use it and i quote, they "didn't want to further frustrate him." What about us?!? On the day the they were suppose to show up, no one did. When I emailed them in afternoon, I received a response that they were refunding money because they could not fit us in schedule. How is this possible when you knew about issue in the winter time?!? How is this possible when they were fo show up THAT DAY?! Its obvious we were NEVER a priority. Now my property is in a worse state than before Leon amd his team did any work. i do no recommend this company to anyone. I regret the day I took down his information. On top of that, even though I sign all my emails "Tamara" the refund check as well as emails are all adressesd to "Tammi". Through the whole process, even seeing the signs. we were nice, courteous, and understanding. You see what that got us. By the way, my neighbor and I both had contract with him and we both continue to have the same issue. STAY AWAY!!!

The offer was more than fair. Once I confirmed to go ahead with the project, they arrived the same day to do the bulk of the work. The tree was successfully brought down despite there being power lines in the way, with no property damage or any accidents. Some logs were left behind, but they were removed several days later as is often the case with jobs like this. Other than a small divot in the lawn where the tree came down, you'd hardly know the tree had been recently removed. So overall, very happy with the work done. That being said, whenever you hire a contractor to do something like this, always get everything (including the price, timeline, specifics and their signature) written down to cover yourself. I'm not victim-blaming the negative reviews here, but cynicism and paperwork are your friends.

They started work a week early. Even the office manager was responsive and helpful. They showed up with a team of more than 6,7 guys. All nice and waving to my one year old daughter watching in amazement. They had a SUPERVISOR stop by. They cleaned up EVERYTHING they did. They protected my grass with plastic mats. THEY WORKED THEIR BUTTS OFF. They must have burned 5,000 calories each taking my dangerous tree down. I haven't been this impressed by a company from quote to set up to clean up to payment. I keep telling my wife two things. A) I can't believe how good they were and B) how did they really remove the stump that well? I'm basically in shock at how lucky I got finding this company. A simple business with a few key products for landscaping…read more Mulch, decorative stone, and base materials like sand, stone dust, process, trap rock, and topsoil. That's pretty much the long and the short of it. I found the perfect match for the stone beds that came along with my new home, so I only needed a yard of the "2-inch Minus River Rock" they sell to do some patchwork. Check that - I probably needed a half a yard. At least 2/3 of what I bought is now sitting in a pile behind my shed. LOL, I guess you gotta learn the hard way sometimes. Anyway, it was $60 for the yard, $35 to dump it at my home. They were there in 30 minutes so I could get started quickly on my landscaping project. I know, I could have spent less renting a truck and just getting half a yard, but $100 was well worth the beautiful results. The only slight complaint is that the load was kinda dirty. Maybe I should have known this in advance - they were getting low on the product when I arrived, so it was almost inevitable that some dirt was going to come along with it. Still, we are talking about decorative stone here. I guess a few rainstorms will clean everything up... not a huge deal. Everyone is really nice. I even once got an unsolicited callback after they didn't pick up the phone. I was just asking about their hours, but a very thoughtful gesture nonetheless.
