Just average all the way around. Not nearly as good as the stores in downtown Seattle. Their one saving grace? They have booze. The end.

I wanted to give the restaurant a heads up that 7 couples would be there to compete in the "Brews…read moreand Lego" competition but the email on the website was returned not valid. I left a message on FB that got a response to use the same email and then had to call and leave a voicemail. I did eventually get a response. When we arrived a long table was setup already for us but we had to have one check. Several of our friends wanted their own table to avoid this mess and were refused. Our server stood at the end of the long table taking orders rather than coming closer and also handed out items from that end expecting others to pass them down (plates, drinks, food, etc.) As for the "Brews and Lego" there was a bowl of various pieces handed out to about 3 at our table. The waitress explained whoever builds the most creative thing wins a gift card to use at Red's. I don't know how the brew part tied in?? The finished entries sat on the bar. I don't know who judged them but we assumed no one at our table won because we didn't receive the gift card. I was hoping to see a high end wine selection but the menu didn't reflect that. The food was good.

This is one of those great local places that I always forget about. Then, when I remember it and…read morereturn, I always think, "Why don't I come here more often?" Recently, I returned to check out Mingo - it's like bingo but they play clips of songs instead of calling numbers, then you check your card for the song title. It was fun and I enjoyed a great glass of wine and delicious popcorn. My favorite menu item is the bacon-wrapped dates - this was the dish that made me realize I love dates! Anyway, this place is fantastic. The servers are friendly and they usually have a calendar of events (like trivia, paint and sip night, etc.) Now, if I can just remember Reds when I'm looking for a place to hang out, maybe I can become a regular!

I personally recommend trying the flight to get a little bit of everything. The food truck/trailer was awesome. You order with your beers and they cook it over in the food truck. Service was excellent and very quick. The ambiance was perfect for a nice sunny day. Both sitting inside and outside options available to us. We sat inside but it was an open door garage door setting so we could see the outside folks just fine. They have events there and can't wait to check it out. It was also nice to fill up my growler. Definitely recommend and can't wait to go back!

I turned a blind eye to the passive partitioning they did that the other review mentioned for the reasons the owner discussed, they weren't actively doing it. I cannot turn a blind eye to find myself being in the middle of an political event that had no notice on their webpage, Facebook or place of pour. Which is a shame because the beer is good and the food is good (the greatest irony is the events they host and the cultures of the food they serve.) But it is POLITICIZED. The owner has no shame in it; But it is their right to do so. As was mine to drop my business, pay the tab, mosey and not return. If you want to just have a nice calm place to relax, drink a fresh one, look elsewhere; there are PLENTY of other brewers and taprooms out there that don't force-feed you their politics. I wish I could say they were LGBTQ++ friendly but with what I've seen and the kind of events they host I cannot. Also the flies are ridiculously bad.

We came by after happy hour at Anthony's and listened to a live set of great music. The place was packed, but everyone is friendly and was willing to share their table with us. We had a great time and I strongly recommend coming by the Quarterdeck to chill and listen to live music. Can't believe it took me 20 years of living in Seattle to find this place. So, don't repeat my mistake.

Quarterdeck is what I like to call a "come for the vibes, stay for the drinks, eat... somewhere…read moreelse" kind of place. I stopped by while visiting Seattle and while the food situation was a bit chaotic (they had rotating menus because they were out of a few items), I ended up ordering a kimchi-inspired sandwich that I wanted to love...but it just didn't do it for me. Not inedible, maybe a 2/5, but I'd definitely try something else next time. My friend ordered what I think was the Garden Harvest Wrap (a staple on the menu), and that was more of a 3/5. Both dishes were served cold (intentionally), which I think made a difference, I could totally see them being much better if they were warm. Now let's talk about what is worth it: the mimosa flight. SO good. Like dangerously easy to sit there, sip through all of them, and forget any minor food disappointments. But honestly, the real star here is the ambiance. You're right on the water with the most effortless, breezy, coastal energy. Boats drifting by, sun hitting just right, people lingering over drinks--it's giving main character energy in the best way. I found myself wanting to stay way longer than planned and even doing some work while there. This is absolutely a spot I'd come back to, just with a strategy: eat before or after, and come here to sip, sit by the water, and take a little walk on the dock. 5 stars for the vibes alone

Hello, I wanted to…read moresay that we absolutely loved the ambiance and feeling of the restaurant. We did want to give some feedback on our dining experience. First of all, I want to give a bit of my background. I have worked in many upscale restaurants and worked with many top chefs, which include Puck, Thomas Keller, and other top chef. I have also owned and managed many restaurants as well. Our waitress was very nice, pleasant and accommodating, however, when she took our order, she did not ask how we wanted our food served. WE order an appetizer and an entree, which I assumed would come to the table one at a time. They both came together, a little unusual, but OK. The $60 king salmon was overcooked and dry, but still very good. The waitress asked how everything was and we addressed our concern about the salmon. Then without a question if we were finished with our plates she picked them up and ran off with them... It happened so fast we were taken aback, because we were not finished with the dish, there was plenty of crab and rice pilaf left on the dish. Finally, it was a special occasion for my wife's birthday, and I had requested that a candle be placed on any dessert she ordered , and that did not happen either. I have had several friends recommend the Copperleaf Restaurant, and frankly I was a bit disappointed for a fine dining establishment. Thank you for reading this,

Copperleaf Restaurant & Bar is located inside the Cedarbrook Lodge…read more The dining area was inside the lodge, where you could dine in a quieter, more sophisticated, and intimate seating. The outside was nice too as you could enjoy the weather in a relaxing patio area with nature, manicured green grass, trees, with the sounds of the trickling fountain. They also had a bar area for that very casual, louder vibe to just talk and/or catch a game on the TV. We went with the dining area and Julissa was our server and she took very good care of us. She was courteous, attentive, and thoughtful. She recommended a few of her favorites when we asked her for suggestions. Charcoal Grilled Pork Chop: coconut-ginger braised collard greens, grilled spring onion, pork jus, wasabi butter (4/5). The Double cut portion was cooked to medium. It was tender, juicy, and the juices had a sweetness to it. The wasabi butter was good and not overpowering. I'd order this again. Superfood Salad: white bean hummus, quinoa, kale, carrots, blueberries, golden berries, cashews, sunflower & pumpkin seeds, avocado, herbs, feta, lemon-sesame vinaigrette (4/5). My wife really enjoyed her salad. I admit it was full of good ingredients but a tad bit heavy-handed on the dressing. Don't get me wrong the vinaigrette was delicious. Banana Bread Pudding (5/5) - Moist, crisp on the edges, and smothered in warm caramel sauce - this decadent bread pudding paired with vanilla ice cream was absolute perfection! We'd definitely come back the next time we're in the area. Support your local business.
