    The complete breakfast
    Melissa Q.

Bottom floor of a lodge. Huge comfy chairs for each person. Fancy woody ski lodge feel. Servers are very professional and helpful. Lots of fancy and yummy looking options. I went with the Dungeness crab Benedict. My fiancé got the complete breakfast with bacon. The food came out pretty quickly. His bacon and eggs he said were very yummy. They were probably the less exciting option on the menu. The Benedict had some of the best hollandaise sauce I've ever had. The balance with the poached egg, sauce, perfectly cooked asparagus and muffin was excellent. Fresh squeezed juice was very yummy too. It's not a cheap meal, but I felt it was worth the price.

Raw center. we asked for medium rare! Wasn't even hot in the middle!
    Oh Trust Me H.

$32 burger after all said and done. I'd expect the world most amazing burger, cooked to perfection and they way I asked for. We asked for medium rare and the middle was practically raw. Not edible. We didn't send it back because the kitchen was closed (it was late).

This place is FANTASTIC. Having a spot like this to sneak away to during a long layover is truly a gem. We left SEATAC and in less than 7 minutes we were seated with a drink in hand. We split the grilled cheese and burger (added an extra patty). Our waiter was kind and the food hit the spot! All around the location is clean and peaceful. We definetly plan on coming back!

I'm a huge fan of Copperleaf! Such a hidden gem near SEATAC! I've been going here for years! I only discovered Copperleaf because my sales team took us here for dinner, and I was instantly smitten! As I've mentioned it is a hidden gem, you have to drive through a neighborhood to get to the Cedarbrook Resort and Lodge. And despite it being so close to the airport, you wouldn't even know there are planes overhead! I've dined inside, outside and in the bar area. My favorite place is outside on the patio overlooking the garden area, when the weather is nice. Service is great, too! But let's talk about what keeps bringing me back - it's the food!!! The menu is driven by the season - so whatever's in season, you'll find it on the menu. Generally, if duck is on the menu, that's my order and they do it so well! But on several occasions, I've had their lamb, too. Recently, I had their Salish Sea Wild caught King Salmon swimming in dashi broth and surrounded by veggies - so delicious!!! But don't sleep on their chowders, also seasonal, and never a dissappointment. Desserts are well thought out - I also never had a dessert I didn't like at Copperleaf. So what are you waiting for? Make your reservation soon and enjoy all that Copperleaf has to offer!

Came here for lunch and dinner during my stay at the hotel. Both food and service were excellent. During lunch I was able to dine outdoor and it was beautiful looking out at the very nicely maintained garden.

Coffee and a mimosa as I wait for friends to join me

I've been out of town for a few months and just got back to Seattle. I met a couple friends for brunch and to catch up on things. It was a beautiful day and we were able to get a table outside. Started with coffee and a mimosa will I waited for my friends to join me. Service was nice and attentive. Once my friends joined , the staff quickly showed up and took their drink orders. We chatted for a bit then placed our orders. Each of us had small requests in their orders ( no tomato, no arugula, no pickles). All were happily accepted. When my order came out, the no pickles request was not adhered to. I pointed it out and the waiter had the kitchen fire a new order without complaint. When it came out, the waiter confirmed that he did annotate the order but the kitchen missed it. He comped it without me asking! I highly recommend Copperleaf for the food, service and setting.

Came for dinner with the company I work for. We had a private room but arrived early so had a table in the bar section prior to dinner. We come here about twice a year for work dinners and always go to the bar first. Our service was excellent both at the bar area and in the private room. The steak was so delicious. We had our own menu so not all of the same items as on the regular menu, a little more limited. Nonetheless, the food was great! Drinks too. Copperleaf is always a win!

This restaurant is literally perfect. Everything from the ambience to the service and the food are perfect! We love eating here during our once a year stay at cedarbrook. It's very elegant & the food is always unique. Sometimes the menu items are so unique they are hard to understand but our server was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the things we'd never heard of before. Our server Nick was great! Super friendly and had great recommendations! The pork chop was amazing, it was a literal rack of pork that was really wonderful. The duck service is one of the best meals we've ever eaten. It's so cool how they use many parts of the duck in one entree. The brioche rolls with the duck are what dreams are made of. Copper leaf has always been wonderful every time we've been here but this time the food & service were even more exceptional!

We stayed here for a spa weekend and really enjoyed the restaurant. They do seasonal menu, so items varies. Loved: Sablefish with spatzle with mushrooms. Fish was super tender while the skin was nice and crispy. Burrata with tomatoes - light yet flavorful. Just a perfect appetizer. Skip: The duck. Little too gamey. Overall great food, friendly staff in a cozy yet classy ambiance.

This place gives off cozy lodge vibes! As other reviews have pointed out, the restaurant is in the middle of the entrance with incredibly high ceilings and windows available to capture the views outside. Love that there's lots of free parking as well. We made a reservation and were seated very promptly. I was craving a smash burger and my friend ordered a salad. The burger was delicious and definitely hit the spot and my friend finished all of her salad. I would definitely come here again!

I went with my beastie to have Christmas eve dinner but disappointed with the food and it was my first time ate quail. The server was excellent, friendly and knowledgable. The restaurant its beautiful but so quite, decoration is beautiful.

We came by after happy hour at Anthony's and listened to a live set of great music. The place was packed, but everyone is friendly and was willing to share their table with us. We had a great time and I strongly recommend coming by the Quarterdeck to chill and listen to live music. Can't believe it took me 20 years of living in Seattle to find this place. So, don't repeat my mistake.

I stopped by while visiting Seattle and while the food situation was a bit chaotic (they had rotating menus because they were out of a few items), I ended up ordering a kimchi-inspired sandwich that I wanted to love...but it just didn't do it for me. Not inedible, maybe a 2/5, but I'd definitely try something else next time. My friend ordered what I think was the Garden Harvest Wrap (a staple on the menu), and that was more of a 3/5. Both dishes were served cold (intentionally), which I think made a difference, I could totally see them being much better if they were warm. Now let's talk about what is worth it: the mimosa flight. SO good. Like dangerously easy to sit there, sip through all of them, and forget any minor food disappointments. But honestly, the real star here is the ambiance. You're right on the water with the most effortless, breezy, coastal energy. Boats drifting by, sun hitting just right, people lingering over drinks--it's giving main character energy in the best way. I found myself wanting to stay way longer than planned and even doing some work while there. This is absolutely a spot I'd come back to, just with a strategy: eat before or after, and come here to sip, sit by the water, and take a little walk on the dock. 5 stars for the vibes alone

And with the bad, I strive to be positive on the experience that was good before giving suggestions or letting the owner know what fell short. I'm never out to bash a business. Rather, as an owner, if you pride yourself in customer service, you will take what a sincere Yelp Elite reviewer has to say, step back and see how you can improve. I just read the comments another reviewer posted a few days ago and saw that they were berated as well. I had nothing to gain from giving the review I did and it's unfortunate that you're no longer going to be in business, but there were two other people with me that came to this consensus. With that, I will reply to the unfortunate remarks slammed at me, the reviewer. Let me preface by saying I asked for a pic with the owner before tea service started. If it was said that we had a wonderful and lovely time, it was not by me but one of my friends who, when asked how everything was, couldn't think of anything else to say. Also, I wasn't going to express all of this in front of the owner at the time because I had others with me. So, to rebel and ask me if my mother is still alive and did she teach me to behave like this? Well, all I can say is your reaponse as a business owner is extremely childish and unprofessional. I didn't make the food. I reviewed it and if that means it's not the best review, so be it. It pains me not to give a business owner a good review because that's not what we as Elite members strive for. That said, lashing out is not the answer. At least I have the maturity and diplomacy to put these comments in without getting into a mud fight like you chose to do. Review..... My two girlfriends and I came here for afternoon tea. Since I'm the Yelp reviewer, I asked them for their input and so it was a consensus of the three of us. Here's what went right. It was nice to have a carafe of water at our table, there were beautiful flowers and dyed water to match in the vase, the teacups and saucers were very pretty, the owner was extremely nice. Here's what we thought needed a second look. The sign in the store advertised cheese and fruit for the afternoon tea but it didn't appear. When we asked we were told it didn't come with it but we could get some if we wanted. Please revise the sign as people do notice. Suggest you have a selection of three sandwiches rather than two of each. One was a small croissant filled with egg salad and if we hadn't been told that we thought it might be chicken. The other was a cucumber sandwich which although it's nice to have thin slices of cucumber, these were razor thin. Sort of disappointing that there was so little on a beautiful piece of bread. They scones were nothing special. Perhaps have something inside whether it be cranberry, currant etc. The sweets consisted of a Mexican wedding cake which was rather dry and was there a detection of almond extract? The orange macaron, as beautiful as it was, lacked flavor of orange. I was expecting a nice burst of something but it just wasn't there. The fondant on the petit four was much too thick, and sweet. Whatever fashion the raspberry is used, keep a bit of that tart flavor to offset the sweetness from the fondant. The effort was there, things just felt short.

Good day, Yelpies,…read more There's something quietly remarkable about a restaurant that survives not just decades, but generations of changing tastes--and still manages to feel relevant. This establishment, which first opened its doors in Seattle in 1967 before relocating to Sea-Tac in 1976 under the guidance of the original owner's wife, carries with it more than just longevity--it carries legacy. Its name traces back to Lima, Peru, inspired by Las Trece Monedas--a folkloric tale of a humble young man who, armed with only thirteen coins, pledged unwavering love and devotion to win the heart of a wealthy man's daughter. It's a fitting origin story for a restaurant rooted in perseverance, passion, and heartfelt hospitality. Half a century later, those same values echo through every plate and every interaction. The menu delivers consistently satisfying fare, and the service operates with a rhythm that only comes from years of refinement. But perhaps most impressive is the sheer ambition of it all--executing quality food around the clock, 24 hours a day, is no small feat. It's the kind of operational endurance that deserves recognition on its own. Whether you arrive for breakfast at dawn, a late-night dinner, or anything in between, this is a place that meets you where you are--and feeds you well when you get there. Cheers --The Dutchman

I ordered the breakfast burrito -- $20. Not cheap but, welcome to airport hotels. Super tasty, great portions. I was pleased, they definitely have an expanded breakfast menu here compared to other HGI's. It was clean, quiet, nice ambience. Good spot for breakfast!

First off, the staff were very nice and friendly, one very redeeming trait. This is a small restaurant in a hotel. There IS NO PARKING unless you pay the hotel $25 for the day. The hours are severely limited to 4 hours in the morning for breakfast and 4 hours in the evening for dinner. The menu is also severely limited and amazingly overpriced. I had the regular burger with fries. It was $20. The burger came unseasoned and bland on a sesame seed bun. The lettuce, tomatoes and onion were cool and seemed fresh. The fries came out hot but seemed almost stale with hardly any crisp. They were also bland with no seasonings or salt. The Mrs had the potstickers which they called dumplings. These were tastier than the bland burger, but again, these prices.... Honestly, you can get a burger, fries and a coke at McDonald's that tastes better and cost way less than the $25 I spent on my burger here. (The single glass of coke was $5) This combined with the hotel review has taught me to stay outside of the city from now on where prices and gouging doesn't hit so hard.
