Hank came to the rescue! He led me to some items that were best sellers and sold out, quickly, and explained why my relative would love them. He checked all the boxes (something I could either mail or carry in a suit case, non-breakable, etc.) and I felt great with the purchase and confident the family member would love everything - and he did! Coming to pick up my order he is so unorganized he couldn't initially find it... But he did remember exactly who I was and what I was picking up (an award plate). I wasn't thrilled with the final product (you couldn't see the logo) so he offered to try other colors. I'm not sure why I wasn't given any of those options when I placed the order. He did another place and actually didn't charge us at all for it. I'm on the fence as to whether I would use his services again just because they just seem so disorganized! Customer service was great however.

The owner had the replacement parts on hand and fixed them up good as new in less than 10 minutes and charged a very minor fee. My daughter was distraught over the "loss" of her most valued awards. When I showed her the repaired trophies, she was ecstatic! Awardstore made my kid really happy! I highly recommend this shop for repairs. I haven't used them for other trophy/award work, but they must be good--they've been around for a long time!

I went during a 50% off everything in the store. I was able to stock up on my sweats, tees, and socks. Usually they have a good inventory. Shoe department is always kept clean. One of my pet peeves is shopping in a shoe department and shoes are on the floor, or the sizes are mixed up. One of my biggest disappointments is not so much in the store, but with Adidas overall, is that their Asiage sandals. The sandals with the massaging beads on the sole and the velcro strap have changed their quality for the worse. My pair are wearing out and I wanted to replace them. The sandals now are very flimsy. If your been wearing Adidas for a long time, you will definitely notice the difference. Very cheap quality yet the price is still the same. Regardless of the sale, I wouldnt buy them. This Adidas outlets is one of my favorites stores at the Clarksburg Outlet.

Items are not white elephants and can be found relatively easy online. Fair is fair- period. As it so turns out one of these items turned out to be defective ultimately requiring an exchange, This cost me another 30-mile round trip in DMV traffic. No issues there, i had the original receipt and it was a simple and painless exchange with the exception of staff side talk. Service - staff is present, waiting and at the ready. Like loss prevention and teenagers in a convenience store they are ready to pounce. it is uncertain if it is due to being such a small location or if it is out of sheer boredom but they are there to support and apply pressure if needed. Selection -they offer a decent selection of boots, buckles, hats, and western accessories. Much less than a large name brand store as you can imagine due to floor size and layout. Giving off a vibe like entering a large swap meet booth rather than a well established business that has been in the community for years. Value - Sadly extremely lacking and outright predatory. I was in the market for a pair of ostritch cowboy boots and my search ended with utter disappointed I discovered the product offered was well over priced compared to their competitors. A pair of boots listed online between $409.00 and $459,00 at WJ Colt's listed sales price of $609.99 with an additional "20% discount" before taxes were ultimately applied. The same pair of boots Original MSRP, were a laughable, $762.99 with a bright red X over it offering the illusion of a bargin. They had tags that notated if an item was 50 or 75% off the already reduced price and I found a number of good deals anywhere from one dollar to nine dollars, specifically for Adidas Nike and the Dick's Sporting Goods brand. I was pretty impressed. They also had Patagonia, the Northface and Carhartt. If you have a Dick's Sporting Goods rewards number, you can use it here and you can also redeem rewards, doing that I ended up walking away with eight items for $38. Don't sleep on this place!

I am a repeat customer and have purchased expensive shoes from this place before. But after today's experience, I am through with them. This is 7/25/2013 Purchased a pair of Rockport shoes from Nash's Sports located at 701A Lenfant Plaza, SW Washington, DC 7/29/2013 Wore shoes to work. The back of the shoe dug into my ankle and took a chunk of flesh. Had to treat ankle and put a band aid to stop the bleeding. 7/31/2013 11:00 A.M. Went to the store in person to return the shoes. The person in the store advised that the policy is that once the shoes have been worn even only one time, there are no returns or exchanges. He advised that I could speak with the owner but he would not get to the store until 3:00 P.M. 3:00 P.M. I called the store and spoke with a rude employee. He said the owner might get in at 4:00 or whenever. I asked for the owner's name and he said Nash, Mr. Nash. He went on to angrily quote the store policy to me and yelled since you now own the shoes if you cannot wear them, donate them to charity and hung up. I called back and spoke with George. I tried to get the name of the person who hung up on me and he said there was no way he could tell, there were 3 of them in all and he was not sure who it was. I explained my situation and George said he was the person I spoke with in the store earlier that day. He said the owner was not in yet but it was best to not call and see him in person. I advised that made no sense because no one could say for sure if and when the owner was coming in and I would have to keep going to the store multiple times in hopes of catching up with the owner. George re-stated what the policy was and said he did not have the authority to override it, only the owner could. Cool, but not since no one wanted to take my information to get back with me and only Columbo could catch up with Mr. Nash!
