It's the perfect location if you plan to visit the springs (which I also recommend). The space has everything you need to be comfortable and even prepare some small meals. It's lacking a dining table-you can either eat outside with the very small cocktail table or inside at the coffee table. There's a portable burner in place of a stove, which works ok for small things. There's a cool eco-friendly coffee maker. This area gets a ton of wind and is right off the highway, so it can be loud. The owners obviously anticipated this, since they provided earplugs for guests. There is extra bedding, but it's a thin blanket and in the winter months it can get a little chilly. The keyless door worked ok as long as you have one hand to pull the door handle tight and the other to punch in the code. Overall, it's a fun place to stay in a convenient location. The view of the canyon out back was my favorite part and watching the colors of the sunset was mesmerizing.

There was a built in cooktop pictured online. When we got there, it was only a plug-in single burner/hot plate, so just beware if you plan to cook a lot! 2. We booked our stay through the CapitalOne travel portal and used miles to pay for it. When we got there, on their end it showed up not being paid, so we never got an email with our check in information. This was of course not their fault, and we got it figured out, but just a warning for any CapitalOne cardholders, I would book this hotel through their website and not CapitalOne! Overall, we had a really great stay and I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in suite 3 which offered an upstairs bedroom area. They are equipped with everything you would need and more for a relaxing family vacation. -The kitchen (in suite 3) had a mini fridge, microwave wave and small cooktop complete with utensils and cookware. There is also a Kurig with some complementary coffee. There is a bar dining table top with seating for 3 and a small round table with seating for 2. -The bedroom downstairs is combined with a small living room area with a couch, chair and TV for the family to come together and watch a movie. The bed is plush and great to sink into after a day of hiking. There is an overhead ceiling fan above the bed and a downstairs AC wall unit, both can be controlled with remotes. Under the stairs they also had luggage racks which we found helpful and kept our belongings more organized and out of the way. - The bathroom downstairs has a walk in shower, with plenty of towels and complementary shampoo, conditioner and body wash. It was a nice touch that that they also had a separate make up towel and make up remover towelettes. - Upstairs, the bedroom area was just as cozy as the downstairs and the bed just as comfy. There was a small loveseat with TV (suite 3, may be different layout for the other 2 bedroom suite). The upstairs also has a wall mounted AC unit with is adjustable and an extra floor fan to circulate air to your desire comfort. - The outside offers just as many amenities as the inside with area for a fire pit completed with firewood (shared with the other guests) , your own grill with charcoal, and picnic and lounge area. It's beautifully lit up at night and great to sit out beneath the lights. The whole place is just bursting with farmhouse charm and we absolutely loved the time spent here. It was spotlessly clean, easy to find and enter, great parking, and great location to Zion. The bedrooms were huge, with a king sized bed and twin bed in each, so you could easily sleep 6 adults here, and more if people were willing to do air mattresses in the living room. The bathrooms were great, and fully stocked with many towels. Great shower and bath tub. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook, including a crock pot and waffle maker! They ever had a pancake/waffle mix out on the counter which was so cute. The tv was easy to use and had lots of app options. The blinds worked great to keep out the sun. The couch was very comfortable and the kitchen is huge! The street was very quiet, and the little town had a few nice restaurants and was only minutes away from the main drag in Hurricane. I am so happy my husband found this place, what a score! Honestly my only negative notes are nitpicking - one of the twin bed frames was loose and creaky and could use some tightening. The ceiling fan in our room was stuck on the highest mode and we couldn't adjust it. Tiny things like that, but nothing to take away from what a phenomenal experience we had. We don't go to Zion often which is kind of a shame because I would totally stay here again.

Its always squeaky clean, has comfortable king bed and best of all - a fenced backyard with grass. We so look forward to stopping here after a long day of driving. The back fence is 4ft tall which works fine for us as our big dogs are not jumpers. Also, nice patch of grass. It's on a fairly busy street so the front room has a bit of street noise but it doesn't bother us at all. It's a 2 bed/2 bath both ensuites with king beds. Everything you would need in the kitchen, cozy living room area with a small TV. Lots of places to eat in Hurricane which is 5 min away. Highly recommend. So grateful we don't have to walk the dogs on leashes (yucko) - just open the front door and shoo them in - then they can roam around the backyard safely. We will be back again and again!

I did book through Expedia so that made things more complicated on our part but thanks to the staff for making the best of our trip. I defiantly recommend the Modern Haven which comes with around 3 beds and a foldable sofa couch to sleep on. Fortunately, it's still almost the perfect size for just a couple staying there. We liked: 1. The stairs leading to the roof for stargazing and just enjoying the scenic view of the mountains. 2. The Barbecue was easy to use! 3. The jacuzzi has different light setting (red/ green etc.). That created such a cool ambiance. 4. The outdoor private jacuzzi with a flat screen Tv topped it off for us. If you turn off the TV and lights on porch, you can see millions of stars above you. Just amazing. 5. All the TVs are smart TVs. All you need to do is put in your login info for Netflix, Amazon, etc. The indoor TV also had surround sound which enhanced our cinematic experience even more. 6. They left a bag of ice in freezer which I don't know if that was purposeful or from last guest but it was a nice gesture if so. 7. Parking is easy, each place has a private driveway like a home! 8. The beds were soft and comfortable. 9. Windows above beds were clean and clear for stargazing. 10. Indoor fake fireplace is cool. Comes with a remote and can change colors. 10/10 for ambiance. 11. Quiet neighborhood. We rarely even came across other people or had problems with other people. Our neighbors next door were okay if we were a little loud past 10 due to us celebrating our anniversary. Nice guests it looks like. Things I would change: 1. Staff requested us to throw away all of our trash during our stay. Dumpsters are kinda far though. I wish there was one at walking distance so I didn't have to drive with my trash. I also noticed there was a $68 maintenance fee but we still had to tidy up our dishes and clean. The fee should cover all cleaning. Interesting that management made that decision. Please provide more trash bags as a few days tends to collect a lot of trash. 2. Our rooftop was nice but had a big tree blocking half our view of the mountains. It was annoying because the mountains are so beautiful. I had to stand to see them good. 3. We were told there wasn't barbecue utensils and needed a lighter to start it. So, we ended up buying barbecue utensils along with a lighter. We got to our tiny homes and found barbecue utensils and didn't need a lighter to start it. I was upset because I wasn't able to get a refund from the store for buying utensils and now I have extra. 4. If I was manager, I would buy a better couch for the living room. It was very hard and not comfortable. 5. Add a wine opener to a list of utensils please! This is a good thing to have. 6. Lights on the top deck. It was super dark. The spaces were clean, the facility was clean, and the prices were very fair. We moved out on the 7th of the month, they not only refunded my deposit (as they should have) , but they refunded my rent for that final month. Very nice of them. They have told me twice the refund is on the way and twice no refund. Now my last call to the service center is they have no record of me and the manager of the units is not returning my calls. Sounds to me like the manager has pocketed mine and who knows how many other people refunds or payments. Not sure about other people but $250 is not chump change. It was charged feloniously and not returned appropriately.
