The hem, stitching was perfect. No puckering, no pulling, hem was even, looks like I bought it that way. Then I took a top long in back to have the back update to same length as the front. It was perfect. Hem was even, no folds in the hem, perfect. A few weeks ago I finally took a really old jacket over 20 years old, that had also sat in my closet around an additional 10, thinking I could replace the cuffs myself. I couldn't believe how good the repair looks, like new! They didn't even measure my wrist, just followed the original sizing of the frayed tattered cuff. Just perfect. None of the machines have hot water to clean your whites. The big machines don't have enough water that when I remove my clothes about half of them didn't even absorb any water. The owner keeps increasing the price for each machines even though the machines are older and dirtier than the last time she increased them. Also, most of the time the change machine is off. When it is on, she is in there asking if I'm washing my clothes while I'm getting change. Even though there's bathroom in there, it's always lock and when it's not, it's dirty and stinky.
