After 3/25, there is a $3 additional charge. I paid my invoice on 4/1 including the $3 surcharge. They stopped my service on 4/2 and on 4/9 . The online payment was deducted from my account on 4/5. My frustration was the fact that they stopped service so fast for a service valued at $4 per week. My monthly bills exceed $5,000 and for such a low cost service they allowed no grace period. Perhaps they should invoice monthly instead of quarterly if their cash flow is so lean.

The only drawback is the hours, which are pretty limited; especially on Sundays, when you can only access your unit for three short hours. Having said that, you just need to plan accordingly.

On top of that there were several large bugs on the floor of the unit. Of course I disputed the charges with the credit card company, but I did also call and email the facility repeatedly over a six week time period and heard nothing back. They still send me invoices (which include late fees) as if they never received any of my many phone calls and emails! On top of the poor customer service, it is poor management that they do not open up the unit for a paying customer!

The counter clerks are very good at what they do and offer a positive outlook.  It's refreshing to do business with them.  If the building is closed there are some conveniently located postal boxes right outside.  You can drop items in when walking by or even drive up if you want to.  The building is located in a quaint plaza and the traffic passing by is usually quiet and moving at a reasonable pace.
