At first, I assumed it was just carelessness and planned to fix them myself later. However, when I went to put them back in place, I discovered that the mats were damaged. The areas where they fit into the seat grooves were completely ripped, as if they had been forcefully pulled out without any regard for the vehicle or the mats. These mats were not damaged before my visit. I understand that mistakes can happen, but customers trust a car wash to take care of their vehicles. Damaging property and then placing it back in the car without mentioning it is unacceptable. I paid for a service expecting my vehicle to be cleaned, not returned with damaged accessories. I was nervous to pick the right one because the menu is right there when you pull up to get your car wash. My own minus 1 star is that there is a line that forms when you're getting your interior car wash and I feel like the more cars form, the less time you get for your inside wash. So .... come when it isn't busy! The exterior was machine wash and since I got the VIP treatment, my car was pulled over to a separate spot outside and was hand cleaned by one employee. Brian was about 15 minutes late for our appointment but he texted to advise of his late ETA. Traffic can be unpredictable so that was understandable. He was very cordial and professional. Before he began, he asked if I had any questions and he answered any of my concerns. He spent about 4 hours reviving my 2014 minivan and it looked pretty awesome afterwards. I did noticed a couple of minor deficiencies and he quickly addressed and rectified them. The service cost is a bit high but I was pleased with his efforts and his results.
