But the worse part of all of this was that Lori charged my credit card the total grooming charge the day BEFORE she even came to my house to perform the service. She also charged a 12% sales tax plus a 4.06 fee for using my credit card. I found this out from my credit card company after the fact. Also, six days before this, my credit card was charged a fee for Lori to check to see if my credit card was good. To me, this is very poor business practices and I will never recommend her service to anyone.

They're conveniently located off Holden & Spring Garden and have their own parking so easy to get in and out! I regretfully am no longer a customer of Kathy's Grooming. Kathy has always been awesome. But…read moreafter 2020, the level of grooming skills and customer service changed. Kathy is still awesome. I cannot say the same for the groomers. I had to remind them to clean my dog's ears several times. My poor Yorkie looked terrible several times after being cut there. He looked like a rat. One time they didn't cut the hair from around his ears and I thought his ears were flopping on their own as I never had a yorkie before. It was because they didn't cut the hair on his ears. But, why???? There was an issue almost every time I got my dogs groomed and I grew unhappy over time. Before I put the blame all on Kathy's business, it was my fault for canceling at the last minute quite a few times. So, I can imagine how frustrating that was for her. We finally ended our relationship today when she told me the groomers told her they did not want me to return. I was with Kathy's grooming for 11 years. I will miss her. But, I will not miss Kathy's Grooming the business. There are many great grooming businesses in this area, especially mobile grooming businesses competing for business. If businesses want to stay competitive they should make sure they they strive for excellent customer service or risk losing customers.

They gave me a delivery date for my toy teacup maltipoo and everything went great. He arrived exactly when they said he would. He arrived clean, happy, and healthy with all of his paperwork and food. I took him to the vet the next day and they said he was in great shape, healthy, and had a great personality. He looked exactly like the photos and his personality is perfect. It seems like they likely represent multiple breeders given the volume of dogs they have on the site but my experience was great.
