I had…read morebeen a LOYAL customer for over 23 years and I don't know if the lack of customer service is a result of Mike's kids and his friends taking over the business, but I will say that nobody has EVERY treated me with such DISRESPECT as the owner, Mike--again, whom I've known for over 20 years as a customer. I drove over 2 hours today to get a hub cap replaced after it had fallen off after a $525 brake job a month prior. Long story short, he (Mike, the owner) literally grabbed his desk to protect himself from LUNGING at me and said loudly "You're a HORRIBLE person!" He shouted this and his eyes bulged after I called him a day prior to make sure it was okay for me to stop by for the replacement hub cap. I had to pull over and talk to a friend to figure out the next steps after this VERBAL ASSAULT. I'm SERIOUS, when I said he lunged at me and said the aforementioned comment with sheer hatred. I had NEVER IN MY LIFE been treated like this and I'm biting my tongue and still thinking about taking legal action for his BLATANT DISRESPECT! We all have "bad days", but you should never LASH OUT at a customer of 23 years. I will be sure to spread the word about the downfall of this once reputable organization.

Last year, I had my side mirror knocked off and they helped me repair the damage through my auto insurance but they initially installed the wrong mirror onto my vehicle and then replaced it with the correct one a day later. This time around, there were some damages to the front of my vehicle. The accident occurred after Christmas and I was scheduled for a drop-off a couple weeks after my insurance contacted the location that I'd need work done. They called me to schedule the drop-off, which provided seamless customer service. Drop-off was quick and easy as I didn't require a rental. I was quoted 2 weeks for repair time but it was done in little over a week. I went to attempt to pick up my vehicle yesterday and the valet attendant accidentally locked my key in the car and I did not have the spare key on me. The mechanic was attempting to get my car open for a bit and I asked what was happening as a bit of time had passed and was informed of the situation. It was 6°F outside so this may have contributed to their difficulty in unlocking my car. The desk staff offered to compensate for an Uber as I was going to be late for work and compensate my Uber to come pick up my car later that day. I decided to take public transit instead to work and they called me a few minutes once I got on the train that they unlocked my car and would deliver my car to my workplace later within the day instead of having me come pick it up. The owner of the establishment gave me a phone call later that day to apologize for the inconvenience and also stated he'd be dropping my vehicle off for me. I received text notifications upon his arrival and my car had returned to my possession. Glenville Terrace Auto Body never fails to provide exceptional customer service and attention to detail. I appreciate the interior and exterior clean that they provide as well and my car is always looking great after repairs. I will be returning if I need any additional work done to my vehicle as they are the best of the best in the area.

I hope the color comes out to be perfect -- just like the original color coming out of the factory. Hopefully there is no issue here as this color can be considerably unique. This far, though, for the past two or so months, my correspondence with Glenville Terrace Auto Body has been very smooth and professional. They explain to me and follow up thoroughly with what to expect and the timeline to be expected. I still expect perfection for them to fix my car! They were nice enough to even go above and beyond and offered to drop me off at Enterprise because, on Enterprise's fault, Enterprise was lagged in coming to Glenville Terrace Auto Body, to give me the car I reserved way in advanced through GEICO. They called the day before to go over everything. They had promised me if I dropped it off at 9 AM, they would have it ready by 5/5:30 PM. I dropped it off at 9:40, and they called me that they were done at 1:35! They did everything for free and even did a multipoint inspection for free. When they found stuff that needed to be taken care of, they were happy for me to pick the car up instead of having it done there. They didn't pressure me or swindle me or try to get money out of me. They just did good work quickly and efficiently! I would go there again in an instant if I needed something!
