We had an unlucky year with multiple accidents and I'd been dragging my feet on dealing with insurance to get things taken care of. My wife found Auto Precision based on the reviews, and I'm so glad she did. It was a totally different experience to any repair shop we've used over our many years of car ownership. Both Anatoly and Andrei talked us through things (Andrei the insurance side and Anatoly the car side). They worked directly with our insurance, kept us updated the whole time, kept meticulous computerized records and helped us make sense of what was what with our insurance (including that we had an outstanding check owed to us that we should get re-issued from the insurance company). They took what was a stressful and confusing situation and made it feel straightforward and logical. Most importantly, our Jeep looks beautiful. We had some old scratches from bushes and parking lots and sticky remainders of ill-advised packing tape, and they took care of those things as a little extra with no charge or even mention of them until I brought it up to thank them. They detailed the car, and it felt new despite our multiple kids & dog. They have been in business for 40 years, and it is clear why. Don't let the tiny side street location fool you-I highly recommend them and would go back to them for anything they would take care of.

I drove over 2 hours today to get a hub cap replaced after it had fallen off after a $525 brake job a month prior. Long story short, he (Mike, the owner) literally grabbed his desk to protect himself from LUNGING at me and said loudly "You're a HORRIBLE person!" He shouted this and his eyes bulged after I called him a day prior to make sure it was okay for me to stop by for the replacement hub cap. I had to pull over and talk to a friend to figure out the next steps after this VERBAL ASSAULT. I'm SERIOUS, when I said he lunged at me and said the aforementioned comment with sheer hatred. I had NEVER IN MY LIFE been treated like this and I'm biting my tongue and still thinking about taking legal action for his BLATANT DISRESPECT!
