The individual who answered the phone, whose name I believe was "Bai" or "Bah," opened the call by saying, "What you got for me... this is going to be a good one." The tone was unexpected and unprofessional. When I asked about the internship, she responded by yelling that they were not accepting applications or internships and stated, "this is not how the process works," before abruptly hanging up. While I understand that businesses have established policies and may not offer internships, the manner in which this call was handled was rude and inappropriate and did not demonstrate a basic level of customer service. A polite explanation would have been sufficient. This interaction left a disappointing impression and raises concerns about how customers and general inquiries are treated. Professional, respectful communication is a reasonable expectation, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet that standard.
