The repair person was new and didn't order all the necessary parts requiring 3 visits and prolonging the agony of none working main refrigerator for 2 months. All this was for a high end newer refrigerator under warranty. Unfortunately this company was the only option to fix this model/brand. Avoid if you can.

Kelbachs responded to my message the next day with a suggestion for me to try to see if that would fix my problem. I was told if that didn't work, let them know and they would fit me in in a few days. Although their suggestion didn't work, I appreciated that they tried to help me fix it myself and avoid a service call! Three days after calling them back to say it didn't work and I needed someone to come and take a look at the refrigerator, someone came and fixed the problem. Fixed three weeks earlier than anyone else, and at a much more reasonable price than the other guys. It's been 3 months and not another drop of water on the floor. Kelbachs will be my first call next time!!

Call. No call back. Sent note via website. Nothing. Call again, finally able to set an appointment. Time and date he's supposed to be back, he calls and tells me to take a video of the issue - says it's not a good use of his time to drive all the way out to my house, and then to sit & watch my washer for another 40 minutes. Apparently a video will help him diagnose it, and my time is not valuable. Sad the terrible sales & service- I will never give this company another penny!
