Grand Appliance and TV of Appleton exceeds expectations!!! I was looking for a Speed Queen Washer and Dryer set, and discovered Grand Appliance was a local Speed Queen dealer. Knowing I was going to buy a quality product that is manufactured by Alliance in Ripon, Wisconsin, I wanted to also make sure I was going to deal with someone that was professional, personal, and knowledgeable. Willie was this guy and more! He was on point from the very beginning, answering all my questions and doing whatever he felt was necessary to make sure I was taken care of. Between the purchase and delivery of my new washer and dryer, Grand Appliance had issues with their telephone lines (no fault of their own). This proved to not be a setback for them, as they continued to communicate with me through email and temporarily routing their phones through other store locations. Even after I made a last minute request to have a side vent kit installed on my dryer, Willie made sure my purchase was delivered as requested and on time. Emulating the characteristics of Willie, the gentlemen that delivered the washer and dryer were also outstanding. They were both very professional and cordial with my wife who was home to receive the delivery. They were also very careful to not damage any of my property, including our new puppy that was trying to nip at their ankles as they carefully maneuvered throughout my house. Well done, Gents! Topping everything off, I am thoroughly satisfied with my new Speed Queen Washer and Dryer! I encourage everyone to buy a Speed Queen from Grand Appliance. I would also encourage them to buy before September 30, 2019, taking advantage of Speed Queen's Anniversary Promotion of a 10 year Parts and In-Home Labor Warranty! I look forward to Grand Appliance opening a store in Green Bay, which is where we will be going when we upgrade our Kitchen appliances!

After receiving a very unprofessional robocall that honestly sounded like a scam, I called in and spoke with a representative who assured me I would receive a call before the technician arrived. I explained that I would be leaving work to meet them, and they confirmed this would not be an issue. On the day of service, at 2:52 PM, I received another robocall stating the technician would arrive in five minutes -- not the customary 20-30 minute notice that reputable service companies provide. I immediately left work and called at 3:02 PM while driving home. The customer service representative told me she would contact the technician to let him know I was moments away. That call ended at 3:07 PM. Despite this, at 3:26 PM I received a call stating the technician had clocked out and would not be coming. From that point forward, I was given multiple conflicting and false explanations. First, I was told the technician had left my house at 3:12 PM, which is impossible -- I was home at that time. Then I was told he attempted to call me a second time from the driveway, which is also false. I have my phone records, and no such call exists. Had he actually called, I could have opened my garage remotely via my app. To make matters worse, this directly contradicts what I was told earlier -- that the technician was being contacted while I was seconds away from home. The lack of coordination, accountability, and honesty is alarming. This company wasted my time, disrupted my workday, and then attempted to deflect responsibility with inaccurate claims. If you value clear communication, professionalism, and basic respect for your time, do not use this service.

Been dealing with them for two months now on fixing a speed queen wash machine that is under…read morewarranty. They forgot to order all the parts the first time which took two weeks to get and then another two weeks to come install. They ordered the missing parts which took another two weeks and now want us to wait another 3 weeks to install. Horrible logistics planning and overall terrible experience.
