She made learning fun and always took the time to speak with me afterwards to go over everything she had worked on with him. She would also print various sheets for me to work on with him at home and stressed the importance of learning through play. So even when I was working with him at home, he would enjoy it. As my son was finishing up with Heidi, my daughter began working with her. My daughter has a more extreme speech condition than my son - at 20 months old (when she started with Heidi) she really wasn't saying much at all and barely even making simple animal sounds. Again, within a couple sessions, I noticed a huge improvement! She is still seeing Heidi and due to her condition will probably be with her longer than my son, but each time we go, I see a new development. Just like my son, she looks forward to seeing Heidi each and every week!
