First of all, I LOVE the name! "Watch My Diamonds"....clever! My Manlove decided to do one of his "random acts of presents" for me. We were visiting New York, and he decided he wanted to buy me a new Rolex. Unfortunately, by the time we finished our liquid lunch, Watch My Diamonds was closed for the day and we were leaving the next morning. However, that did not stop my Manlove from buying me my Rolex from them. The next evening when we were back home in Dallas, he got online and custom ordered my BEAUTIFUL NEW BLINGY ROLEX!!! While I wasn't the one using and navigating through Watch My Diamonds website, I think it's pretty safe to say their website is very user friendly. I knew my Manlove was doing something on his laptop. It was only 15-20 minutes later, he looked up from his laptop and said, "I just ordered your new Rolex!" My watch arrived nicely packaged and wrapped with silk ribbons. And GIF Certificate came with it for insurance purposes. I believe we received it six days after ordering. We would have received it in five days, but they wanted plenty of extra time to look over every diamond and ruby to ensure quality and placement. As always, my watch was way too big for me. We were headed to New York again in a few days so we decided to stop in Watch My Diamonds for adjustment. They happily removed some links to fit the watch while we waited and offered us some cold bottled water. Great friendly, customer service. Dimitriy was a "diamond" to say the least! Showroom isn't huge, but they have some fabulous bling in there! There are SOOOO MANY jewelers in New York to choose from; some being a bit shady. So why not go to one that's legit? Please be very careful with this organization. I just got off the phone with the manager discussing an item I purchased over the weekend. Watch My Diamonds made an error where the item's price was incorrectly matched to the item I purchased. Instead of honoring the price, Watch My Diamonds first lied stating their invoice is different from what was sent to me via email. I immediately caught onto the customer service representative's BS line of reasoning. She then put me through to a manager, who after some prodding admitted that they did make a mistake and would not honor the purchase price. She instead cancelled my order. The cancellation was done four days after the money was withdrawn from my bank account and the invoice attached was sent via email. I immediately thought to myself I should get a lawyer: once the money was withdrawn from my account and an invoice given for the purchase a legal sale occurred. The idea one can sell an item and then take it back solely because they do not like the price it was sold for seems incongruent with fair business practice. However, after thinking about it for a few minutes, I decided the 800 or 900 dollars extra they wanted for the item would be petty small claims stuff and really a waste of time and effort. I think Watch My Diamonds bets on its customer reaching this conclusion and decide bad business practice is cheaper. I have never written a review but thought it was only right to give others a heads up. read more

Daniel Aminoffwas very patient with me as we sent watches back and forth even though return time limits had exceeded what eBay and pay pal would allow. He ultimately allowed me to get a refund (I ate the fees and shipping costs) which I believe was very fair. Ripoff Artists ... Smooth talkers .... Sold us a pre-owned Rolex that stops running every 24-48 hours. This watch is worn every day. There is no reason for it to stop. I brought it in to the owner Alex who said to leave it there and his watch guy would fix it in the next two weeks. I then called him two weeks later and he said that it has been fixed and that I could come pick it up. When I arrived four days later he told me that he had it running and that it has not stopped. This means that I drove into Manhattan from my New Jersey home to bring the watch in for service and he did not even bother to have it looked at! When we got it home it was the same story. We wound it up and wore it and three days later it stopped running again. I called Alex and told him that the watch does not work and that I went a refund and he told me that this was not going to happen. He said that I do not know how to use the watch and that I need to buy a watch winder. (As we all know, a watch winder is used when someone does not wear the watch daily). After I had to threaten to report him and his crooked business he reluctantly told me to send the watch in and he would have it repaired. I sent it in and after not hearing from him for a week I called and he told me that his watch guy could not find anything wrong with the watch. When I told Alex that I wanted a refund he said that I have buyers remorse and that I have mental problems. He then hung up on me! I called back and he hung up on me again! He then called me back and in a condescending tone told me he would send the watch back to me. Now it appears that I am stuck with a defective watch! Mental problems! Buyers Remorse! Upon receipt, I decided it was too similar to a few pieces I already owned and immediately contacted the company to start the return process. I was pleasantly surprised as we had no hassles or issues - in fact, Dmitriy even offered to meet us on Staten Island to expedite the return process (we ended up meeting in his NYC office). Fast forward to October 2013 - I contacted Dmitriy to see if he would make me a custom ring (I had received a 10 carat cushion cut diamond as a baby present for the birth of my son in July 2013). I also gave him a very rigid timeframe: I needed the ring in less than 10 days so that I could wear it to my son's baptism. Not only did Dmitriy agree to create the ring, he worked with us from inception to completion to ensure that we were thrilled with the final product. He met us several times on Staten Island to discuss the design and kept us in the loop every step of the way. It warrants mention that he advised me to size down the ring (to ensure a better fit). I did not heed his advice and when I got the nearly finished ring, he asked me to ensure that it fit. It didn't and he was kind enough to take the ring back, re-size and it drop it off to my husband's office just in time for the baptism! It suffices to say the ring was BEAUTIFUL! I have received compliments from complete strangers each time I've worn it - I am beyond thrilled with the result! It was by coincidence that I came across these guys. I was searching for a special tennis bracelet for my mother's 60th birthday and while talking to all my friends about this present that my family and I were looking for, a friend recommended that I speak to the guys at watchmydiamonds. At this point I spoke to a few jewelers and was tired of the whole back and forth and useless conversations.. Jewelers just trying to sell whatever they have in stock to get rid of their inventory.. I reached out to them, explaining that my family has a very particular taste and that even something as simple as a tennis bracelet will have to be extremely different and special. The next day, I received an email of a six different images that were all stunning. My father was amazed by most of the bracelets. Again, my dad,who used to work with jewelry, has particular taste. I have had the pleasure of doing business with the two brothers , all I can say if you are not dealing with them , you have no idea what customer service is. I have bought many watches from them including my wife's ring which I bought sight unseen, and had sent to my hotel as I asked her to marry me. Many of my friends have also purchased watches from them thru a picture thru text via my iPhone. I personally have spent close to 6 figures with them. When I first met them for the first time I was very skeptical about about their set up, especially the first phone call to Dmitry and myself being in NYC for the first time.
