My first purchase was the Celestial Sapphire Cross, and later I went in person looking for a ruby tennis bracelet. Had two rings serviced so they can change the sizing beads to bigger ones so the rings fit tighter. I go back to pick up my rings and guess what? You guess it, they cut the rings to make them smaller. I was livid. They did offer to put the pieces they cut back and I said ok. Go back to pick up the rings and they do not look the same.
