I was in today -I was in the shop for about five minutes and of the younger girls working greeted me. Finally the older lady working did greet me and was very nice. That is the first time I've ever been welcomed in that store. I usually pop in when I am just in workout gear. Not dressed super cute. But they have no idea the size of my checkbook. Today I bought a blouse and the girl checking me out had a tag hanging from her blouse that she was wearing. I told her her tag was showing and I asked her if she was just going to put that back on the rack and she said yes that they are required to wear clothes from there and that they are allowed to put them back on the rack. I personally think that's disgusting for them to wear clothes all day, work in them & then put them back on the rack to sell. This price point I would not expect that. Super disappointed. Definitely moving on to all the other cute boutiques in the area

Then she proceeded to threaten to call the police if I did not depart in 5 minutes. Yet I'm still receiving texts (4x) after the threat, to come pick up my order. Girl I have exited it building, and you aware because you asked your team for your phone to take a photo of me and my car. This location definitely needs adult supervision. And the youth "manager" needs some improvement. Tip::::: I would also suggest, reviewing the cameras to acknowledge performance and the blending of items, as well as returning unpurchased items to the "Correct" sellers.

They had a great selection of dresses and many employees helping. We were greeted when we walked in, told about the dresses, and they said to let them know if we needed anything. I liked how they didn't hover and make us feel pressured. When my daughter was ready to try on a dress, a sales person promptly helped her and stayed with us through her trying it on, sizing her, talking about how to tailor the dress. When she said yes to the dress, the employees all complimented on how beautiful she looked in the dress. We then took pictures with props (very cute). (They let you take pictures here unlike some other formal dress stores.) We had to order a different size and it took maybe a week to come in. Not long at all. When we went to pick it up, the store wasn't as busy, and we still got great attention. They retrieved the dress, waited for her to try it on. More compliments. Very friendly, kind, patient people. The store and dressing rooms were clean. As for cost, it's expensive. But that's to be expected. We had a great experience and would recommend to others.

I told her what services I was looking for and she asked would I like to wait while she worked on the pieces. She immediately got to work but also engaged in conversation with me. We talked about our favorite restaurants, where we are from, where we live etc. She also brought me in the back to meet the owner Shawn Nguyen. He's showed me where they create custom pieces and their 3D printer. Overall; great customer service, untangled necklaces and if I need anything in their line of business I will be back! Highly recommend!
