I am hoping that because this was one of your pieces, someone at the company may recognize the design or perhaps have records or photographs of it. The most distinctive feature of the cross was its surface. It was not smooth or flat. The entire face of the cross was made up of many small, raised, three dimensional square pieces in two rows on both the diagonal and horizontal. They looked almost like tiny square individual blocks fitted together across the surface of the cross. I remember being able to see and feel each individual raised square. The squares were not simply an engraved pattern. They were actually raised from the surface and gave the cross a wonderful dimensional, almost architectural texture. I have been calling it a "tiny square cross" because that is the closest description I can come up with. My mother gave me this cross when for graduation, and she passed away in 2021, so the loss of the necklace has become particularly meaningful to me. I would very much like to have the original piece recreated as faithfully as possible, rather than simply purchasing a similar cross. If anyone at The Gold Factory remembers this design, knows what the technique or style was called, or has access to old catalogs, photographs, production records, or design archives from that period, I would be incredibly grateful for any help identifying it. If the original design can be located, I would also love to know whether your craftsmen could reproduce it in 18 karat gold. I realize this is a very old piece, but because it was made by your company, I am hoping there might be someone there who recognizes it. Went in near closing time and was told the appraisals were not done but promised they would be ready the next day. The next day I received a text around 4 pm saying the appraisals were done and ready to be picked up. Arrived and was told they were done but not there and they had no way to get them but would have them tomorrow. No apology just this was our system sending you a text. Customer service is not that hard - do what you say you will and if you can't explain why not and then certainly deliver on your promise.

About a week later, I got two videos of what different options would look like. I chose one of the designs, took my ring to them and paid the 25%.
