After reading the comments and experiencing the service for myself while also seeing another client in the shop, I was able to see that the owner and smith of this company was super awesome and patient with all his clientele. First off, this shop charges less than big names such as Jared who informed me they would take a week and I would not receive my gold for the small resizing back so that 1 star comment is completely false, this shop charges below rate for high quality service. I was charged $70 with this shop while Jared tried to charge me $110. Second, to remove a star for political views hurts the business that this owner had put his blood and sweat into making. I am a rapper from California who is neutral and I base my reviews off work, not that pettiness. All in all, this shop is one of the best gems I've found in this small city since coming out here from LA three months ago with a highly professional owner and I would most definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

I emailed and asked if it could be left off the wood strips I ordered next. Jana emailed back that they could, but to note it on the order. So I place the order, noted in the order comments to leave it off the back, but when I receive my order, both sides are finished with acrylic. I email Jana, copying our original conversation and point out the mistake and that their order system doesn't even populate the order comments onto any of their docs -- not the invoice, order confirmation, etc. She tells me I should have noticed that before the order showed up and emailed them about it. No apology. No acknowledgement of error. No offer to make it right. In other words, if you have a special request, you need to tell them three or more times along with reminding them with every part of their multi step invoicing process. I'll be looking at Trotec Materials, Johnson's Plastics and others for my laser materials now.

That's not the look that my ring originally has. We originally take our work to Snyder's jewelers but they're switching ownership and we're closed so we tried this place out. It is on locally and I was happy to support that however, when I receive my ring, I was disappointed in the finish it has. When I first dropped it off they said they would call me at the beginning of the week and they never called me. I called them at the end of the day on Wednesday to find out the total cost. I just don't feel as if their customer service and attention to detail is as good as Snyder so just felt a little disappointing. Make sure that if you do use them that they document everything so that they get it right the first time. She did offer to keep it and continue to work on it but at this point, I just wanted my ring back because my hand felt bear and I didn't wanna wait any longer so needless to say I will not be returning here not even for them to fix their shortcoming, even after she mentioned that she didn't write the notes down for the jeweler as well as remembering talking to me about it. In my opinion to a jeweler that sees the previous polishing should have also asked her if there was any discussion of the satin finish to confirm the jeweler did what was most convenient for them. Also, a discount was not offered for their shortcoming. The prong that they did repair as well as the tipping seems to be good work.
