I don't know if that was my designer or the actual employees but once I made my selections it was a good 15 minutes before we were able to wrap things up. I did enjoy the experience. I felt that the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I don't know how the experience would have been without my designer. Shipment comes in and they are short one box. Now we are told they dont know when or where they can get that missing box of tile. May have to redo the whole job. So frustrating. Our tile man told us that ever since the original owner sold to big corporation the company has really gone downhill. Has had problems with other jobs too. I have contacted them about the warranty and company failed to respond even after a certified letter. We have video and photo evidence that shows complete damage to our property, even after they attempted to resolve an issue. The Flooring Company sent out a cleaning crew and painter to attempt to resolve some issue, which ultimately failed. There are numerous soft spots throughout the floors, confirmed by numerous contractors after installation. We aren't asking for perfection but a professional job after spending over $25,000 for flooring. Your business practices we have experienced has been deceptive and unprofessional. UPDATE: Owner sent me an email asking to remove my bad review or he will pursue legal action. Watch out! Deceitful! The photos reflect the condition of which The Flooring Company LLC left my property in after they completed the job. I had to complain and push to get a cleaning crew which was ineffective (I had to spend $400 to get a cleaning crew to come out after The Flooring Company LLC's cleaning crew "cleaned" the property). Additionally, The Flooring Company LLC hired a painter to patch the damage to my walls, which did a poor job. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional company. I'm looking forward to The Flooring Company LLC to post the final images and videos of their flooring at my property--which would be downright embarrassing for their company. When i inspected the work after they left for the day, I found 3 minor issues to be fixed. I took pictures of them and sent them to the saleslady, Malak.
