When we contacted the company within that one-year to request service, we were informed that they had relocated operations to Arizona without any notice to customers. The company refused to honor the service agreement, offered no refund, and provided no alternative solution. Selling a paid one-year service agreement and then relocating out of state without supporting existing customers is unacceptable. I advise against doing business with this company.
