Truly a professional team! Jerry in Sales gave us the rundown on the different HVAC systems they offered, and found the best rebates for each. But that's not the end of the story. We live in a home that was constructed in 1929, so when others came to give us an estimate for a new HVAC system all was good until they saw our power panel(s). That didn't deter All Seasons. The owner is a licensed electrician who came out, looked over what we have, put together an estimate to not only make our power panels safer, but brought up to code at the same time. Now I can rest easier knowing we have power panels that are safe and capable of expansion. They also coordinated with PSE the relocation and upgrade of our power service drop from the pole to the house. After the install there was an issue with the operation of the HVAC equipment. They stayed on the job often times working hours way beyond normal business hours. Their persistence paid off resulting in a fully operational system. We are pleased with the results and look forward to seeing our power bills decrease over time with a more efficient climate controlled home. I want to tell you about the great service we got from All Seasons , Inc in Tacoma, Wa. We are remodeling son's home and he needed a new furnace. We choose to get a Heat Pump/furnace. I had several heating companies come out. We were most impressed with the All Seasons, Inc. Their sales advisor was Rick. He spent several hours explaining the whole procedure, wrote up the bid right then and there. We also had a Heat Pump Conversion rebate from our electric power company and he knew all about it. He used that rebate plus gave us a senior discount without us even having to ask. Rick was very knowledgeable and had other great suggestions in our remodeling project. Thank you Rick for such great honest advice. As I said, we had several companies come out and All Seasons was not the least expensive or the most expensive. We felt that All Seasons was the best one for us and felt they were honest. When I first called for an appointment, I was amazed at how friendly the receptionist was. She gave us an appointment right away and followed up. As we are remodeling, we needed measurements before the furnace was installed so we could build the right size closet for the new furnace. I called for measurements and again, Robin answered and right away said she would call back. She did in two minutes and said the owner of All Seasons was in the area and he would come right over to advise us. He was there in 10 minutes! Stayed a while, showed us and advised us on placement of some heating ducts and air ducts. Very friendly and helpful. The install was a few days later. The guys, Nick and Brandon were right on time. After years of being too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter, we finally decided to install a heat pump. We asked for estimates from large corporations on down to local family businesses. Ultimately, All Seasons had the most competitive bid. In addition to that, they have a great relationship with a local credit union for financing. I consider this a major selling point as their interest rates blew other contractors out of the water. It was also easy and hassle free to set up. The gentleman who did our estimate was friendly and immediately made me feel relaxed and confident. He understood exactly what my house needed and explained everything with no pressure at all. Installation had to be scheduled for a few weeks out, however they are in the process of training new qualified employees - this tells me, the customer, that they are committed to maintaining proper staffing levels. I should also note that we were scheduling this during the busiest part of the season. Installation itself took two days based on the size of my house as well as the type of units we were installing. The installers were professional and courteous, and did high quality work. Everything looks beautiful inside and out. They also left us a copy of the permits should an inspector want to take a look at everything. I was especially impressed with the electrical work. Overall just an extremely clean install. The units themselves are Carrier units, top of the line. We had both ductless and ducted systems installed in different parts of the house. It was about 89° outside when we switched them on and I was amazed at how quickly the temperature inside dropped to a very comfortable 70°. I will update this review a year from now should any unexpected issues arise, but as of today I highly recommend All Seasons. They have a great team, and, like all great teams, their success is based on many small things all being done right. The bid. The financing. The installation. And the quality of their products. Its time to put those fans away in the summer and shut off those awful baseboard heaters in the winter. Move out of the stone age and give All Seasons a call. Can not speak to their knowledge or ability to do the job as they did nothing for us. Had an apt with them(furanace was working intermittent and they couldn't get to us for four days). The repair guy called and I could barely hear him. All I got was I'm ten minutes away. Over thirty minutes and the guy pulls up. He then sat in his truck for over ten minutes never even coming to the house. We had a small emergency and had to leave. Had to knock on his window and was told they would call us and reschedule. Never received a phone call. Not only that when the repairman did not show up after about ten minutes I tried to call twice and both times it went to voicemail with no return call. Now my furnace is not working. Not sure how their ratings are so good if this is what they consider taking care of customers. read more

All seasons installed our AC unit about 10 years ago. Because of the hot weather this past weekend we were having problems with it. We called All Seasons and spoke with Robin who was very kind initially. We wanted a tech to come out and check our unit and she was going to call us back to try and get us on the schedule. In the mean time we decided we wanted to have some one quote us for a new unit. We called all seasons back and spoke to another person who just talked over my husband and wouldn't even let him speak. All he wanted to know was if she could set up a quote for us but he never got to ask because after being put on hold twice, the woman wouldn't even listen to us or give my husband a chance to say anything. She would only take a message. We told her she was being very rude and ended the call. Later in the afternoon we called back and got Robin again. When she realized who we were she started to yell at us and said she heard the whole conversation and again would not allow us to explain or get a word in. This was absolutely horrific customer service. What happened to the customer is always right or just simply being polite. All it would have taken was a little kindness and explanation from the first person and a little understanding and fairness from Robin as she only heard one side of the call. Bottom line is they lost a repeat customer who would have been very grateful sung their praises because of the situation we are in, but I guess that isn't as important as being right. read more

They were able to set up an appointment for the next day, surprising since it was not an emergency. The technician, Keith was on time, polite and has a great deal of knowledge. My 14 year-old Carrier Infinity system experienced a catastrophic failure (both A/C and Furnace) in October leaving me having to make a significant investment for a completely new HVAC system. We purchased our air conditioning unit 2/12/12 for $5,287.46 and used a 6 month same as cash plan to pay for the unit. The technicians arrived and installed the unit except for the electrical outlet that they said they would come back at a later date if we would call the office to set up an appointment. I called the office and left messages to set up an appointment but didn't hear back. We noticed in March that we didn't receive a bill to begin payments on the unit so we called and again got no response. At this point we decided to go to the office to get the paperwork issue resolved. The date of the transaction was 3/22/12, more than a month after installation. We were so frustrated at this point with the lack of service that we gave up on calling the office to have the GFI outlet installed. The following summer I attempted to turn my AC unit on and it didn't work so I again called the office, 1 Jul and 3 Jul 2013. This time I received a response and complained that my unit wasn't working after one year and complained that they never installed the GFI outlet. The young lady now working the phones was different from the previous year and scheduled an appointment for the GFI install. As for why the unit wouldn't work, well the fan was stuck and I figured that out on my own. I have never experienced issues with previous units while living in CA or AZ. Summer 2014, you guessed it; the AC unit is having another problem. I called to set up a service call and maintenance, after all the unit is 2 years old right. Never have I had so many issues with an AC unit or a business to correct problems. The technician arrived 6/5/14 and informed me the unit had no Freon in it and he would refill the unit. Never did he check for a leak, after all, the unit had only been used one summer and should not have been out of Freon. That service call cost us $147.82. In July I noticed the AC unit not blowing cold air and made another call to have a service technician come out to check the unit. A different technician showed up this time and was very thorough and checked the entire install from top to bottom and discovered there had been a leak and the Freon leaked all over the coil and rusted it to the point a new coil was needed. Had the first technician checked the entire unit we may not have had to replace the coil. We were told the good news was that the coil was covered under the warranty but we would have to pay labor of $727.00 plus tax. They did throw us a bone and discount the price of the June service call so our total was $634.20 to get cold air in the house again. We were told the manager would take a look at the issues and give us a call and that the technician would come out in a week to make sure the unit was working correctly this time. Never happened; no call and no unit check. What a bargain, a two year old AC unit that has already cost us $6068.48. I will not use this company for any future repairs nor will we recommend this company. We have been asked recently who installed out AC unit and we wouldn't tell them because we don't want anyone to experience the difficult and frustrating, oh and very expensive ordeal we have. read more

Our furnace went out overnight and I called All Seasons this morning (was in November 2013) before they opened and left a message stating name, number and that although not an "after hours" emergency, our house was unheated during this cold weather and would appreciate a quick response if they would be able to come out short notice (today). They never called me back and when my wife called, they told her they couldn't come out until Friday (several days later). All Seasons recently had replaced my furnace with a high efficiency Carrier Infinity unit and multi-stage AC with multi-zone control. Having received quotes from 1/2 a dozen other HVAC companies, I found All Seasons quote/estimate to be very competitive and their sale rep Rick to be very knowledgable and personable. I was scheduled two weeks out and the install took 3 days due to the extensive work involved in retrofitting our existing ducting. The installers Nick and Jacob were very professional and polite as they worked in and out of our home. I was also please to see the owner Dave there to personally do the electrical install and oversee part of the install. They were all very skilled and knowledgable, patiently taking as much time as needed to answer my questions and address concerns. We hired 'All Seasons' To clean out our furnace, the gentlemen who cleaned out the furnace was extremely polite and friendly. I believe his name was Triston. The day after he cleaned the furnace we hired another company (American fresh air) over to clean the vents. After they had finished cleaning the vents they attempted to persuade my 78 year old grandmother to hire them to clean the furnace again for $400. They told us that All seasons didn't do a good job. So we called up All seasons and they sent Triston to us to clean out the vents again, completely free of charge. When Triston arrived and took a look into the furnace, guess what, it was completely clean. He then proceeded to tell my grandmother about Yelp.com where she can check the company's rating. Guess what, they have 2 stars, and the only 3 star reviews were from people who got a refund. All Seasons did a fantastic job. They were incredibly friendly, and helpful. talked into a contract for 14.50 a month to come out 4-5 times a year and service our air conditioner and furnace. That was in May of 2014. Never heard from them again. We finally looked at the charges, and said, who is this? middle of February 2015 Called them..they said they sent out "reminders" which we never received. They THEN sent someone out who basically did nothing at all. Then asked that we finish paying for the year. They would need to give us 3-4 more "Maintenance visits" in the next 3 months - which is ridiculous...they said we could not cancel contract....we are however cancelling as they did not provide the services mentioned, and NO LETTERS were received. They were very thorough & meticulous and spent several hours checking all the mechanical /electronic parts of our system. Although I come to Yelp for reviews all the time, I have never Yelp'd before. I've been to restaurants and have used services where I thought it'd be good to Yelp my experience, but was never moved enough to do so....until now. After a previous less-than-mediocre experience with another local heating company with good reviews on Yelp, my furnace went kaput again only a day after it was serviced. I found All Seasons, and when they sent over their technician, I wasn't even expecting half the amount of professionalism, honesty, thoroughness, and just plain pleasantness of service that I received from their wonderful technician, Keith. He saved me from spending thousands on a brand new furnace (previous technician's recommendation) after informing me that my heating unit just needed a $170 piece replaced!! It was a safe working, efficient furnace, which was what mattered, and it had a lot of life left. So glad I listened to my gut when I called All Seasons, now I can use my tax rebate for something else :) Btw, if you go with them, check their website for a 'Free Diagnostic' coupon.
