Do not under buy countertops from this company. Don't buy anything from them. I bought a double-sink bath vanity from this company, with a Carrara white quartz top. Within 4-5 months, cloudy spots formed on the surface. My granite/quartz cleaner didn't help, nor did regular soap and water. The company suggested I use a 3000-grit sandpaper to remove the spots, which I was reluctant to do. I got consultations from two countertop restoration experts in my area (Rose Restoration and Counter Culture) - one who saw the counter in person, one who saw pictures - and they both said the spots were hard-water stains. They also said high-quality quartz does NOT do this. (Indeed, I've got Silestone quartz in my kitchen that's 20+ years old and looks better than my bath counter looked after 5 months.) I sent many pictures to Water Creation and complained about the poor quality. They said their product team had tested their quartz with water and didn't see permanent staining, so it couldn't be water stains. Even though I've had two experts say they are hard-water spots, and the spots are in a pattern that resemble water spots - with many small ones around the sink and faucet area. I've used no harsh cleaners or abrasives on the sink. But they seem to think I'm lying and refused to honor their one-year warranty, which protects against damage from normal use and manufacturer defects. Also, the counter has since developed scratches along the surface, seemingly from a couple of plastic baskets I keep there for toiletries. Water Creation's website advertises quartz as being durable, low maintenance, and stain resistant. It's absolutely unacceptable for it to be scratching and staining from normal use within a few months. It's doubly unacceptable for this company to advertise a warranty and then refuse to honor it by implying that I must have done something to abuse the counter - especially when I have evidence they are water stains and they have no evidence of abuse. But they're the ones who decide if they need to honor their warranty or not, so they can just gaslight customers and go on their merry way. I do like the cabinet part of the vanity, but apparently it's just particle board and will get damaged by water as well (I learned this from reading another review and seeing pictures). Just don't buy from these people. Their countertops are low quality, their warranty is a joke, and they don't stand behind their products. read more

I purchased the Water Creation Sequoia bathroom vanity from Lowes in December and installed it in January. Big mistake. The "quartz" countertop is incredibly fragile and stains almost instantly upon any contact with liquid. See the attached video. These spots started appearing within two months after I installed it. Water Creation's initial solution was to tell me that I needed to sand it with a 3,000-grit sandpaper and make sure to wipe the counter immediately after usage -- neither of which is recommended maintenance in the manual. The countertop can't be replaced separately from the unit. I then received a repair quote from a countertop repair company, and guess what -- the company doesn't even think the countertop material is quartz, which they said shouldn't be staining like this. They suspect it's actually Venetian (synthetic) marble. The repair company's recommendation: sand it down and seal it once per month...oddly similar to Water Creation's recommendation, which makes me think they have fraudulently labeled the item as quartz and know it's actually something else. So, it's clearly a manufacturing defect covered under the 1-year warranty. I submitted a warranty claim to Water Creation, but they refuse to honor the warranty by replacing it. Instead, they're telling me to return it to Lowes. Mind you, I've already installed it in the bathroom. I have now found out that Lowes has a secret 30-day return window for this item instead of its usual 90 days, which you won't learn about until you contact them to return the defective item, so they won't take care of it either. I'm so glad I didn't go to the hassle of uninstalling the product from my bathroom, hauling it back to Lowes, and then getting the runaround there. Now I'm caught in a nightmare Spiderman meme: Water Creation says Lowes has to replace it; Lowes says Water Creation has to replace it. Neither party will honor the 1-year warranty. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this product like the plague. read more

I can only hope you see this review before you order directly from this company. We ordered three vanities from them on 10/30. We kept two packed and wrapped up tight for ~2.5 weeks after receiving them hoping to protect them and keep our investment safe until it was time to install them. Upon opening them we found the 60" vanity was completely broken. Both sinks and the marble counters shattered. We called Water Creation's "customer service" and have been given the runaround all week. Finally told today our options are wait 30-60 days for the shipping company to maybe respond to the claim or pay $1,200 to buy another one. The customer service rep even told me "we are having a Cyber Monday sale." That's it. No offer to swap it out. Moving goal posts on their return policy. First it was outside of the dates of return window. When I pointed out it's not per their website it doesn't matter because it's broken and I cannot return it. It has to be in original condition. It is - it was broken when I originally received it. But they continue to offer no help because I didn't open it within 24 hours of receiving it. I cannot state emphatically enough, if you want this brand buy from a big box store where you at least might be able to return. Good luck to you if you still order from them. And I'm sorry in advance if you don't see the terrible reviews on Yelp and just think things are great from the clearly filtered glowing reviews on their website. read more

First off a small faucet drip developed after a couple weeks.. Not tat big of a deal.. bit then a week later I discovered my bath vanity was totally drenched. The hot water handle stem was leaking badly. I could not get it to seal so I shut off the hot water until I could get it figured out. A week after that the cold water handle developed a slight leak as well. The stems will not seal. Small o ring compression stems failed on both sides (widespread lav faucet F2-0012-06). Replaced O rings.. still leaking underneath. Not what I expected for such a pricey faucet... read more

Recommend. Great, well made faucets. They are heavy metal and brass constructed plus they look nice and function as they should. The faucet handles have good tolerances and turn smoothly without feeling loose as some other brands I've had. Price competitive. Buy it. read more

Stay away from this company. The products they sell are defective and made of low grade materials. They refuse to help you. After communicating via email my dissatisfaction, now my emails do not even go through. They said my counter top according to the manufacturer would spot in six months..so why did it spot and lose the finish in one month. Terrible, terrible, terrible company. "I purchased this faucet set because it looked beautiful, but what a mistake that turned out to be! Right after installation, we noticed two major issues. First, there was a defect in the valve on the cold-water side that caused water to leak all over the sink--even when the faucet was completely closed. Then, on top of that, one of the flexible metal pipes under the sink, connecting the house water line to the sink, was leaking right in the middle of the pipe. I immediately went to Home Depot for a replacement part, but they didn't have anything compatible. Now, because of this defect and a broken three-way system, my sink was completely unusable--I couldn't even turn on the house water without risking more leaks! This left me without a functional bathroom for days, which was beyond frustrating. When I reached out to WATER CREATION's support team, expecting urgent assistance, I was met with nothing but delays and questions about whether the leak could be "fixed." Fixed? How on earth would they fix a flexible pipe that's leaking in the middle? It's absurd! Instead of simply replacing the faulty part, they just wasted my time and made things worse. It was clear I was on my own. After nine days of waiting and zero practical help from support, I had no choice but to order an entirely new faucet set just to replace one leaking faucet! This was such an unnecessary expense, not to mention the frustration of being without my bathroom sink for over a week. WATER CREATION's support was completely unhelpful throughout the entire ordeal. I would strongly advise against buying this product. Beautiful design isn't worth anything if the quality is this poor and the support team doesn't care. Do not buy from THIS COMPANY! read more

I researched many vanities and finally decided on the Palace, a Water Creation 72 inch white bathroom vanity with a Carrara quartz top. I tried to order it on line and had so much trouble because I wanted the order to be held for a few days so I would be at home when it arrived. I called Water Creation and this wonderful representative named Kasie helped me. She was very efficient, polite, and knowledgeable about the product. It was a pleasure speaking to her on the phone and consider her to be an asset to Water Creation! I would definitely consider ordering additional items from this company! read more

Like a lot of the reviews I've now read on these clowns, I wish I could give them a negative number of stars. I ordered 2 faucet sets from Home Depot. When I opened the boxes to do the installations, I saw that one of the boxes was missing the handle for the hot water. Their web site has no phone number listed nor is there a number listed on any of their paperwork. I finally found it on Facebook and made the mistake of calling. The moron who answered the phone kept telling me to file a claim online and wait 24-48 hours for a call back. I told him I needed this handle now, not in a week but he just kept repeating the party line. When I asked to speak to his supervisor his answer was "no one is available right now." Same answer when I asked to speak to someone in charge. Same answer when I asked to speak to ANYBODY ELSE. He finally gave me a "direct" phone number to the person in charge named Dom. The number was to their local Domino's Pizza. This asshole actually told me that he gave me that number because he "was trying to help me." I've filed a complaint with Home Depot's corporate office in Atlanta. Turns out I'm not the first. read more

I wish I can give this company zero stars but I can't. We purchased a brand new vanity that came with the backsplash that was broken when we opened it. I reached out to the sales rep regarding that issue and he did nothing to fix the situation he insisted that it was in perfect condition at the sale of the item which is impossible for him to say because the backsplash box was never opened to confirm that it was intact. So I had to pay $100 to replace a broken backsplash. I would have much rather bought it from Home Depot or Lowe's then dealing with this very rude uncompromising company. read more

Speaking with the 'National Sales Manager', Kenny Chang, was by far one of the worst displays of customer service I've experienced. His lack of knowledge and blanton disrespect was unprecedented. The call to the vendor was due to the damaged product I received to which they had no resolve other than to wait 16 weeks for a replacement. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If I could, I would give less than 1 star. read more
