I observed soon after that when I would drop her off, I definitely saw her licking her lips and not look 100% comfortable. Coupled with a staff that seemed inattentive to customers waiting, and would not quite pay attention at drop off, we only went a handful of times. I just started Daisy here at Camp Crockett and she cannot get enough. When we pull up, she starts screaming in the car. When I drop her off, she doesn't even glance back at me! Her wiggly body language to the staff says "HURRY UP, open that door, let me go see my friends!" Daisy is a veteran of multiple different daycares across state lines, so the experience at the other day care came as a surprise--she never disliked any other daycare before. Now that she's at Camp Crockett, I'm comfortable that she's having a blast and feels safe to enjoy herself.

I have accepted it, moved on, and I am better now. Anyway, we both work and while he is the most chill dog you will ever meet, sleeping 20 hours a day, we feel bad about leaving him in his kennel when we are away at the J-O-B. Right after moving to Seattle, we got a recommendation for a walker from ta local Blog and while the service was fine at first, she went downhill fast: forgot to walk him sometimes, would come just before 5:00pm, took off with no notice and we would have to scramble to find an alternative. We happened upon David and his wife, Angela, also through WSB and we clicked immediately. They run a real business: certifications, a website, insurance, everything. They are both incredibly consciousness about what they do, have a back-up when they go on vacation, they let us know right away if there was anything out of the ordinary, AND our dog loves them. David and Angela have worked with Brodie for almost two years and I cannot give them or their service high enough praise.

David's service is the third we tried and we were not impressed with the prior two. That's not the case with David the Dog Walker. He runs his business well and has great staff. Very reliable and conscientious. We've also attended David's Good Manners 101 class and used him for one-on-one training. They caught him in the act, rushed him to the vet, brought a sample to make sure it wasn't anything harmful, and all at their expense. He was totally fine, and I can't express how grateful I was that they took it so seriously and were swift with their response. When I say total peace of mind, I mean it. I can't recommend this place enough! Oh, and it's super convenient for pick up and drop off in West Seattle. Just an all around great place.
